Hello, I will be giving you guys free tips on how to fix your volkwagen.

Intro,

German Star Mechanic.

I have heard this cars are full of electric problems, however I started my diy from volkswagen make 3 in 2014 then proceed to mk4, then mk 5 currently i own Golf mk4, jetta 5, then Passat b6. Simply put, your mechanics lacks proficient tools know how and talent.

Lets start with the engine then we proceed to electrical electronics. Common issues and fix

Golf 3 first

Their recommeded motor oil is castrol, if you cant afford it, get total quarz 5000 or 7000, mobile super 1000 or 20000.

All vw cars are strictly engineered for high performance, Gasoline Ron 95.

Using lower decreases the longevity of your engine.
GOLF 3 makes OIL ALARM noise when oil service has been overdue for replacement, oil presure sensor could be bad, located on top oil filter.

if the noise is accompanied with rattling noise, you need to replace the oil pump, or service it using carb cleaner not fuel.

Oil light flashing or noise at long distance travel is due to low viscosity in the oil, adding oil treat will fix the problem then create sluge if not replaced after 5000 km/h.

Engine ratting noise, but motor oil fresh, oil presure sensor is confirmed Good, there are sluge attacking the hydralics lifters,

Solution > replacement is the best fix.

Car will not start, but start when you get fuel into the monotronic carb aka electric carburator,

Solution> digifant aka engine electronics not getting power, fuse number 16 likely blown or loosed contact

Car start then jerk when you slow down, it will shut down.

Solution > TPS replacement, they will call it fibre,

Car rev up and down all by it self,

Solution > idle control valve, the first component atatched to the electric carburator.

Car will not start, but spins well aka cranks fine, or ocasionally starts up,

Solution > bad distributor or broken timing belt

Car back tire pulling issue,
Solution > upgrade the rear drum brake system to calipper type that comes with GT or Vr6 or GTI eddition.

Golf 3 brings out black smoke,

Solution > replace the tps then calibrate it, replace the four pin coolant temperature sensor on the radiator juntion hose going into the engine.

Golf 3 does hard start in the morning,

Solution > idle air control valve could be faulty or bad coolant sensor.

Volkswagen golf 4 issue and solution coming up....

Car start then shut down

Solution > throttle body cleaning with carb cleaner if the problem persist replace the throtle body.
Volkswagen jetta mk5 issue and solution coming up..
Volkswagen passat 2.0T issue & Fix coming up..

It's a good thing you're giving out possible repair tips, but I'd suggest you encourage a scan and comprehensive diagnosis before asking your audience to change parts

If you have bought a car, drive it and stop treking. You probably don't own a tire. You will be good at advising Goat on how to get roated for better taste. If you have your brain were it should be, how many folks who own golf mk 3 have enough to pay for scan shops? You dream killers are ruining the free oppotunity I gave to nigerians to fix their car for free, you can continue from were I stopped headmaster.

It's obvious you know nothing about cars.

I only gave an harmless tip but I guess you're filled with bitterness and consider everyone with a contrary opinion an enemy.

Good luck in your quest and peace.
