Are you sure Kia Picanto is the best fuel economy car?

What about Peugeot 508 Hybrid4, 2.0 litre engine, that average 74 mpg on highway and 61 mpg (3.80 L/100 km) in the city with more power?

The record is currently held by Volkswagen. A 2012 Volkswagen Passat 2,0 TDI covered 1,626 miles (2,457 kms) on a single tankful of diesel. So an average of 84 mpg (2.79 L/100 km).
