Bro, if someone from that particular place is trying to tell you about it but you go and on about something you heard or read about and even insist that person listens to you because you know better is the height of arrogance and delusion...LOL, And what did exactly did you see? That the person looting was Zulu? How can you even tell?

We're here in south Africa and know one can tell you who stared the lootings but everyone can tell how it all started, but someone from far flung Nigeria apparently knows

Okay. Let's assume what I saw wasn't the reality, we good now??

I know it's ridiculous but I swear I'm not lying about what I saw. Few of my South Africans blamed it on them. But then other tribes participated in it which makes your assertion valid. People need to learn not to use ethnicity to judge people especially Nigerians on this forum. They are good at that and it kinda influence the election we did few months ago.

I'm not from igbo tribe but some Nigerians blame them for different things. It's not cool but it is the way things are in this country.
So because few of your friends blamed it on them, it's the absolute truth, right? You could have said Zuma Supporters, and that man had supporters around the country like no other president...you chose to go for tribe, which is understandable since you're Nigerian wink

Lol, research which is not even official or credible, hit us with credible sources that say the lootings were started by Zulu people, not gossip from Venda friends from UJ.
Asking for sources means you want some online articles written about the whole thing but I really don't believe things I read except if I see it by the citizens of that country. I didn't say my Venda friend from UJ? I said my level adviser was the one that studied in UJ. I could tell you his name to ask around if I'm lying.

I have friends from all tribes in Mzansi except Afrikaners

Lol none of us is wrong here. I don't know your country more than you but like I said, I witnessed what South Africans were saying about different things. Maybe they were wrong or their views were influenced by what they know about the said tribe but let's just forget about it. South Africa is a beautiful country which I hope to visit one day and meet my friends.

But to say lootings were started by Zulus is incorrect. That's the point of my argument

Of course, you do bafo and your view is different and good. You are a good ambassador of that country cos you don't wanna blame an issue on a tribe which is great.

Yes, I have some ideas about them which I may call misconceptions cos my Zulu friends are nothing like what I was being told about them.

I would like to correct this slightly in saying that much of the looting did occur in mixed areas of the country with predominant Zulu populations.

Looting was not a common thing in say the mafikeng area where Tswana-Pedi people reside
They also say lootings happened in Gauteng, the same Gauteng divided between Pretoria, Vereeniging and Johannesburg
Pretoria is made of predominately the same Tswana and Bapedi people
Vereening which is made of predominantly Sotho and Tswana people
let's not make this what it's not please...

Lol I got no interest in any foreign woman whatsoever 🤣.
The ones we have back home here are very beautiful and educated to a large extent that's not to say there are no illiterates.

We hear alot of news about SA especially their hatred for other African nationalities which culminates to xenoohobia, laziness and irresponsibility. I thought it best to ask from native of SA.If that is seeking attention then you don't have to reply.

We share alot tribal banter in Nigeria because we are too many over 300 tribes that's not looking down on anyone it's just what we do to laugh of which non Nigerians won't be able to grasp.well maybe some look down on others let me speak for myself "I don't. "

I seek no validation from no one because I don't need it ,you may not understand but let's leave it there.

If the Nigerians you meet here look for your attention well good luck not me.

LMFAO, those who got what I said about the typical behaviour of rejected or ignored Nigerian men will see the signs in your long rant ,and thank you for proving my point with ease grin. You went from 3 to 20 over nothing , and I can sense that you are getting warmed up , so I expect you to escalate this from 20 to 100 just to make yourself feel better grin grin. By the way you forgot to thrown in HIV and illiterate there grin.

A good number of Nigerians who troop to South Africa are usually an underclass of Nigerians who are already used to street girls.

Then that would explain the uncultured and chaotic way of life . And why they always seem to attract problems and the worst of the SA female species, but still brag and crown their magosha wives as some sort of of upgrade or trophy grin

Please travel to countries like the UK, France, US, Canada and come back again with that statement that most people stick to their own. You will retract it quick quick.

LMFAO,delusional as usual. 1sharon is quiet correct, most people stick to their kind ( more than likely to date or marry their own people than any other group). If that wasn't the case countries with a lot of diversity ( race and nationality mostly ) would see a lot more people of the host nations marrying immigrants or other races almost as frequently as they marry their kind. THAT IS NOT THE CASE ANYWHERE. Look at even your Nigeria with so many tribes, but I can bet you, most people stick to marrying their kind mostly. Don't try intimidate people with the outdated " untravelked "stereotype . Common sense doesn't need a visa grin. Black Americans stick to their own , and the white Americans as well. But ofcourse you will get communities where there is a large number of mixed families from interracial marriages to migrant &citizen unions , but those relationships are in small number when you look at the whole of America or even the bigger city this community is in .

Let them leave you on an island with a bunch of men from different countries except your own and see if you are not attracted to one of them.

Most people desire who they are programmed to desire. The reality is human beings like human beings.

LMFAO grin grin grin grin grin

So basically let's isolate them long enough for them to crave for male attention to the point that they may settle for something they otherwise wouldn't consider if there were other options? grin grin grin. Jesus!!! grin.

Pedi people don't reside in Mafikeng.. They're in Limpopo, Gauteng, and Mpumalanga.

You'll only find very few of them in other provinces, like me that is based in Durban.

The point being did looting occur in Mafikeng, Limpopo or Mpumalanga?

You saw that too? I saw one even called Samantha jealous when she tried to tell him as it is.

This thread has been an enlightening one!

You mean to say Nigerian men call women in Nigeria hoes only to go to South Africa and end up with street hoes? 🤣

I might make a topic on this! It's Nigerian men that are responsible for denting their image in SA and causing their own xenophobia. No Nigerian woman should have sympathy because they thought they could do better than us. We shouldn't pity them when they get attacked. We aren't in SA like them, Nigerian women there are usually married.

South African men and Nigerian women should not have any beef with each other and SAn men shouldn't have any issues with us because none of us sent them there to do what they do. So it's not fair for us to be catching strays. I live all the way in the UK and I'm feeling the heat.

The same way they mock and bash us is how they mock San men.

Nigerian men are the shit-stirrers. Naturally we shouldn't have issues with each other.
