I honestly have nothing to say to you again Felicity. I don't know you, never met you and have no reason to get into any drag with you apart you being unnecessarily insultive. Hurts to see you turn out to be Maguire. There's a room for redemption that is all I can tell you. Be honest to yourself and stop trying to impress peeps that have their own bothers to take care.

You can try and try, like I said you won't find anything on me. I am not perfect, but well raised and understand the street OT. Ask whatever prove you want from me and within blink you will have it, because I live my truth and honest to myself. Ever since you have been running your finger behind your keypad, you've not proved one tangible thing and you say defected grin do you just sit and make up words for the sake of savage? grin congratulations on your win then... come and take the trophy. Pele Felicity, now you are sounding like mama no network, abi we should be calling you baba no network now? You just keep drifting out of point. Who's at battle with you? You sounded stupid and insultive in the name of advice and it is my place to put you in check. Done did that, what else do you want me to do? Like I said I won't attack you again, if you choose to wallow in your foolishness and stupidity. Ire! Atleast I've mirror the reflection of your true person.

All your years on ehailing, you didn't achieve one single thing. It shouldn't be that bad, regardless of how we try to view ehailing. people are celebrating NYSC @50, I hope you can be part of that too. If not, then you see your whole life is a mess. I feel for you bro, hope you find restitution along your way.

And for you thinking you are hitting on Fasasi. Calling him names and broke. It is your lack of shame and mentally not being ok that is making you not to see and understand proper. Initially you were shouting help and I ask, what stopped you from not getting involved in such a show of shame. Why can't you just advice him from the onset about the money not being enough and even if he insist, letting him go, won't have exposed the yawu yawu person that you were. You are calling someone that his 10k literally saved your household from going to bed with empty tummy broke. How sane is that? Meeting you was a pathetic one for him, while meeting him was an ill gotten blessings for you( even if it is for a day). So who benefited from who? In your sacred mind, were you able to give madam anything close to 10k last week? No new maga. You need prayers bros, hopefully someday you will be able to have a house receipt on your name. Rented or built, just man up and face some responsibilities like real men do. This may come off as mocking you, but far from it. Always take my words a brother. Flocking you with my right hand, doesn't mean I won't pull you closer with the left.

If you have 1.5million cash at hand please venture into another business or focus on that thing that gave you the 1.5million

once you buy a car of 1.5M u can never save 1.5M cash driving Uber.

Thanks, I have the intention of running another business on the side with uber.

Pls ooh contact pope for a good car but be reminded he charges 10k per inspection weather you buy or not. He will get you a good car with your budget. As for me the fasasi1 theory really thought several lessons, bro I'm sorry I don't have any car that will serve you for the Uber job with such a budget.

You can contact kanuisagoat I believe he might have one for you because the guy seems to have a valid point that 1.5m cam get you a good Toyota brand perfectly okay for the hustle.

Lastly, if you ask me a million times I will tell you think outside the box for another business to invest that money into, don't make Uber the only study at hand. In GS400 as we were thought in school, always have 3 business plans then venture into the one you feel is best.

If at the end Uber is the one you pick fine.

Thanks Boss, I'm looking at other business too

Why not look for rentals for the time being ,and still hold your 1m in an interest yielding acct like stanbic mutual funds.

Do rental for 6 months ,you would've raised something to top up to buy a car.

I'm currently negotiating a Honda Civic 1.8 sedan Ex 2007 at 1.4m with small body work and legs. I'm yet to inspect the car with a professional though. If all goes well, is it a good deal?

Don't use the entire money to buy car. Budget 1m for a car. Scan jiji well you will see cars. Look for a confirmed and trusted mechanic to follow you go inspection. Then if any little repair needed use out of the remaining 500k to fix it and start the hustle.

Don't use all your budget to buy a car because, you will still spend on repairs.. you have to be liquid for the first 3 weeks you start.
Ideally, you should put aside 400-500k.
Honda civic is good. Pope can shed more light on it. If you can get 03/04 Honda civic. I know 03/04 editions of civic are very rugged.

It's an irony sha, cars are more expensive in Lagos than in the North, and there are more problematic cars in theLagos market than we have in the North.

Some years ago you discussed about coding and all that. Don't tell me you have totally left that profitable venture and have been chasing instant peanuts that will not build you a good future and lifestyle.

Most Uber drivers have been shadowed with the poor thinking mindset. Let me just do this and not die, feed myself and family, their brains cells have been plated with short time goal, so they just want to survive for the now and careless about tomorrow... A myopic mindset.

Free your self from this myopic and menial earnings and start thinking of a long term goal that will better your life and that of your loves once.

Uber business will only earn you a plate of food but not a bag of food that will last you a life time. Uber earning will destroy your health, social life, family love and most of all distract you from attaining your goals in life because it won't give you time to think straight or see the big picture or any opportunity even if it's right in front of you. All you'll be thinking is how to satisfy your partner so he/she doesn't withdraws his car from you, how to put food in the table for your kids and wife, and how to meet up with your HP and own the car you're currently driving but you easily forget the same car is dying up due to its every day stress and minimal maintenance.

The people that suffers most in this Uber business are the married men with kids and wife to look after. Like have you ever seat down to think that one day accident might just occur? You might list any part of your body if your lucky and if you're not lucky your life? Who will take care of your live once when you're gone? Uber? Or Bolt?

Take time now and start building a small business even if it's a POS or engine Oil or generator oil business. Or spare part business.
Get a little shop, container shop, 40-60k buy some fire extinguishers, Nuts, spinner, screw drivers, okada engine oil and all that... This business will kick off with 200-500k. You that have an educative skills, develop more in it, go for more training, webminer, seminars and workshops. Meet people of like mind and build on your career do this vigorously for 1-3yrs I assure you will feel irritated like I do each time I come here reading comments because the comments are annoying.

Uber work no be arm oooh... The other day I asked how these of our old grandpas here ...lol... Do it and some of them say... Grace. My brother no be grace ooh... Your mentality has been washed to believe ehailing is the best thing after slice bread.

I looked at my daughter one day and I thought, so this girl I gave birth to in 2020 now get to 8yrs and her mates in school ask her what does your dad does for a living she will say what? My daddy is an Uber driver? God forbid. Na that day I started dropping the job.

Thank God for thief in January 1st that stole my phone, he also contributed in cementing my decision.
I drove on bolt for about six months, those period was enough for me to know one won't achieve something substantial in the moving Lagos up and down.i took the hard decision to quit bolt and startup a business. I can tell you guy, that was the best decision I've made. I haven't gotten there yet, but I'm totally in a stronger position financially, than when I was doing e-hailing. To me, it's not worth it
