He had an incident where he discharged his guns a shotgun and a pistol according to witnesses because individuals who were guest of a restaurant/function parked in from of his home which angered him.

A gun license in Nigeria is only issued to those of a temperate mind. Those prone to acts of violence risk having their gun licenses revoked.

The police understand the judicial system better than anyone, they know nothing wil happen to that bad tempered boy, that's why they are doing all they can to shame him in the public space, mug shots, handcuffs in hand, photo with other criminals.... that's their payback...the institution that will file the charge will leave plenty loopholes and work in conjuction with seun's lawyers to trash the case on technicalities.

Actually if anyone slaps a police officer, charges and shouts at his wife(or anyone for that matter) trying to calm him down to get back into the car the way seun did in that video, and that person has a license to own and use a gun, then the person should be taken for comprehensive mental evaluation.
