A Court of Appeal has granted an injunction setting aside the ex parte order granted by the Abuja High Court with the judicial notice duly served on the court.

The High Court at Abuja is bound judicial procedure and rules to desist from entertaining the case since it has been rendered redundant by the writ of a higher court.

With this development, Apapa and his confederates are at the tribunal to observe how lawyers do their job. Their presence has no consequence whatsoever...

When Apapa who struggles to express himself decided to challenge Julius Abure, a trained legal practitioner, you dont need to be a rock scientist to predict the outcome...
