The judgement stands until it is set aside by a superior court. And in the interest of justice and equity, Alex Otti should not be sworn in on May 29. Ikpeazu should remain in office till the Supreme Court rules on the matter.

Continue dreaming...Otti will be sworn in come may 29th. Nothing will change that fact.

Duck face otti he go shock you like Pandora defeat..
No go appeal to court

The case is a funny one as the judge didn't give any verdict on the case. He only said something close to "wasting of time by LP candidates"

Let him not be foolish. He should better ask his party to go and obtain a stay of execution and then appeal so that he will be sworn in. He shouldn't be unfortunate. Seems village people are on his case.

That's true to the extent that Tinubu is not also sworn in till the petition at the PEPT is adjudicated on, up to the Supreme court. Buhari should remain in power till the elections matters are adjudicated.

Thats how they would be deceiving themselves...claiming the Kano judgment is a waste of time
instead of taking the right step to counter the judgement if they can

And when they finally knocked their head out...they would shout ....TINUBU!...MA ...TINUBU!1 ...NA JAGABAN DO US...OOO!!!!

WHEN DEY WIN ...DEY TELL YOU THE INEC IS FINE AND THE COURT IS GOOD!

BUT WHEN THE Obi supporters LOOSE....DEY SHOUT THIEF ! OLE!

FOOLS OF NO COMMON SENSE!....TUFIAKWA!

I listened to Yunusa, Peter Obi's spokeperson reaction to the nullifcation earlier. He said same thing Alex Otti is repeating now.

Alex Otti is saying:

It seems Alex Otti, Labour party and Obidient in general don't understand the judgement order, legal proceeding, and the declaration of this particular judgement.

Let me explain it for you guys. This particular case was filed not by the opposition, but by a labour party member in Kano, an ex-chairman, Haruna Ibrahim . So the defence of the petitioner not having a locus standi to initiate a suit is dead on arrival. The case was filed by a member not PDP not APC. It is LP vs LP.

An aggrieved card-carrying Labour 'parry' member, Haruna Ibrahim filed the suit and tagged Labour party and INEC as the respondent. Peter Obi and Abure failed to send lawyer to represent them in court.

Alex Otti is a goner. Peter obi and Abure just fried his governorship ambition like Akara.

Pple are always smart for nothing..

This is why aside government and sitting in the office to eat money..

U don pass anything..

Let's hustle without government work or position.. hunger will kill you..

Did you know millions of people buy ebooks on Amazon daily? you don't need to be an author before you create and upload yours easily within 3days with our tools. It's easier than expected. You can start with small volume ebooks like 24 pages with good title/content. I would guide you on ways to upload it on Amazon through their Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP), how to create dollar account to receive payment from all angles etc. My students that upload up to 5 short books are cashing out monthly from Amazon....
I'm a proud person as my content is serving as breakthrough to many and more ahead. Did you know also that there are apps that can help you write over 100 pages instantly? I would take you through fast lane.
The course is still available for just N1000 (almost free).
It's a full guide and well explained.
I would also add you to my Mentorship group on WhatsApp till you become expert.
