So the defence of the petitioner not having a locus standi to initiate a suit is dead on arrival. The case was filed by a member not PDP not APC. It is LP vs LP.

An aggrieved card-carrying Labour 'parry' member, Haruna Ibrahim filed the suit and tagged Labour party and INEC as the respondent. Peter Obi and Abure failed to send lawyer to represent them in court.
