See my brother, I'm not here to criticize you but to put you back on track . Your ypp paid 5k at onion primary school by water fountain here in uyo. Without vote buying and rigging, PDP will still win in akwa ibom state because of the rural dwellers. The villagers voted for umbrella, the old men and women were busy asking the official there to help them point out where umbrella is. Coming here to make a post like this is another way if showing that you're matured in the game and that you're also embarrassing my state for no apparent reason.

You are still very naive about Nigeria politics, that’s why I always tell people to leave the scene if you can’t stand the heat. You are still very naive about Nigeria politics, that’s why I always tell people to leave the scene if you can’t stand the heat....

You're not the only one doing the right thing.... I went to vote on Feb 25 without asking for anything.. Voted Labour party and later went home without collecting a dime!!
Let me tell you one truth..
You see those people that collected 5k?, I promise you they will die in silence due to depression and their conscience will be haunting them when that candidate fails them...
But you have a clear conscience.. That's what makes you unique!!

Nigerians lack the foresight.... Kudos bro.. One love ❤️ ❤️ !!!!!

Every Nigeria cannot be mad simply because many chose to be unruly and cheap to politicians.

I'm as proud as you are. Stand tall, you've done so well. Simply ignore those that are telling you otherwise.

If you ever need 6k for anything, message me. I might even double or triple it for you.

Elistho:
In the presidential elections, a few others and I were disenfranchised because of unit problems, I went to the polling unit by 7AM, I waited till 5PM but couldn't vote. INEC arrived by 2:30PM after choas that day, I went home tired and frustrated.

Today, I wasn't in my polling unit, I took risk and traveled from my state capital to my location today. The road was so dry, Military everywhere, no public transport, I almost urinated in my cloths at the sight of armed forces men... I waited and luckily saw a bus, I ran to enter, we took a bush track... We were all scared, it wasn't easy this morning...

I arrived my unit, my neighbor asked me if I'm voting PDP, I was shocked, this is someone we both agreed to vote YPP, because he's a better candidate, she had been bought over with money... She directed me on what to do and who to meet to get my 5k there.

I queued, voted and step aside. The police man was bribed, he gave party agents way to stand and look at the votes cast, if it's PDP, they take you to the backyard, write your name and account number, expect 5k while they give you 1k as initial thank you.

I wasn't too shocked, this was the system... I wanted the money so badly, I was even laughed at... Coupled with my suffering today, plus during the presidentials everyone collected except me... Today, I can't boast of a thousand naira but I stood by grounds for the sake of equity and good conscience.

PDP won the unit, with a wide margin.. I was vexed... I came back home, even posted on my WhatsApp, I'm being laughed at, and I began wondering when doing good turned to a thing of mockery now....

I pray God opens a way for me so I can keep closing my eyes when I see money like this, as a student, 6k is way too much in this economy... But we move. On God.

This is me feeling fulfilled knowing I can criticize this governmet for the next four years with good conscience.

PDP will win in Akwa Ibom State as usual, but it's trash. But I know they're people like me, God bless you.

I am a card carrying member of PDP in Osogbo, Osun State. Because of my principle and conscience, I rejected PDP election largesse shared in my unit twice. Not only me but also my wife. For this reason, the unit excos have been looking for a way to compensate my wife and I specially.

Throwback:
Good you voted your conscience.

You looked at the candidates and settled on a candidate whose party is not even popular or a social media sensation.

Work within what the system? GRV came out to work in that system and see how they branded him an outcast being a member of the system is solely based of appointment by the corrupt ruling class it has nothing to do with your ideas or intellect therefore its a system that's driven on continuity of its corrupt practices rather than change if you cant join them then stay away and i choose the latter
Kobonaire4:

Then work within the system to change it emigrant, or stop complaining about 'bad leadership.'

The country you are in was once as bad as Nigeria, emigrant. It is because people worked against sometimes very oppresive and imperfect system to change things, that you are enjoying emigrant.

Nigeria is awful, but at least we have gone from one man rule to some semblance of free choice. It is still flawed, but we will get there....and hopefully we will vote out APC in 2027.

Till then, emigrant, the work continues.

Then stop complaining.

You have accepted the bad leadership by doing nothing about it emigrant.

You do not know the power you have in your hands emigrant. The politicans know. Their job is to frustrate you from knowing.

Looks like they have succeeded.

Until you are ready to use what you have, enjoy being run by tinubu and co, emigrant.

As for me, I shall keep on doing my best.

Shove it, just look at one who's tainting sb else as diabolical, only goes to show how artless you are trying to extenuate yourself from your baleful and depraved character.
About the housemaid stereotypical burlesque cliche you raised, its obvious your the dipstick who has his nodding entrapped in a box cus such paradigm is absolutely paradoxical scaled with actual reality of things these days.
