Once they start sleeping in you too start sleeping

When they get up, feed them while they are relaxing start doing any domestic chores waiting for you

When they take a nap take yours immediately

Pilates is saving my life right now. I found it’s lack of energy not lack of time that was my issue. As soon as I put my Pilates on the family schedule and everyone learns to take care of themselves when I’m out to class, I come back energized and ready to roll.

Do it babes They’ll survive.

One of the ladies in my class actually bring her kid but he’s older though (like 6-7) and sits quietly in the corner while we exercise. I imagine toddlers can’t still that long.
But sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do. Leave them for dad and dash

I dint do much when they are awake because my eyes will be on the baby
