You clearly understand the plight of the Hausa people, perhaps even more than most Hausas understand their situation. My people are kept illiterates for a reason. It is a systematic and gradual destruction of a nation by Fulanis, hiding behind religious sentiments. I respect you greatly for what you know. Guyman01: 2 Likes 1 Share |

Gagare1: Your moniker sound like a maguzawa name! Are you one? I hope someday the awareness will increase tenfold, I was born in Zaria, I saw some of this things.. Moreover, I will like to ask. Since most atrocities occur in the rural areas, what is the present day relationship of the fulani elite and the Hausa elite in the cities? 1 Like |

RepoMan007: kperoggi also lied saying Hausas were Islam before Dan fodio, that's a lie! Hausas were traditionalist peasant farmers until Dan fodio came with his jihad and killed and converted the surviving who surrendered to live. the fulanis used the Hausa through Islam that's why they must get the Hausa to be Islam by all means. Hausas have at least 10 times the population of fulanis because there are only 4 million fulanis in Nigeria |

I cannot tell for sure how the relationship between the elite classes of both ethnic groups is. But, one thing I know is that the Fulani elite are still aggressively trying to compromise the integrity of Hausawa elite families by trying to plant their prostitute daughters in those families through marriage. It has been happening for long. Some from the elite Hausa are waking up to this reality. But we have a long way to go. Some Hausawa elites are beginning to see the handwriting on the wall. The election proves that. Take Alhassan Doguwa for instance, the Fulanis are trying to nail him at all cost. We voted him back to save our own. He is not a saint, but we will surely not allow wolves to tear him to pieces simply because of his flaws. I hope he rallies the elites for the sake of the Hausawa, and for his own good. Many of our people went for either Tinubu or Obi. Atiku can go straight to hell and rot. Tinubu needs to be weary of El-Rufai, that man worked against him. Ashiru (a Bahaushe) was rigged out in Kaduna, El-Rufai saw to it, yet couldn't deliver for Tinubu. Gradually, Hausaland politics is turning into Hausa elite and Hausa masses versus Fulani elite and structure. Las las, Hausawa shall prevail, but we will need more time. Blankstare: 1 Like |

Islam has been in Hausaland for more than 600 years. Kperogi did not lie. The royal palace of Kano was built by Muhammadu Rumfa, hundreds of years before that terrorist Danfodio. He was a Muslim, so were his descendants. Fodio is not even an Islamic name, hence, Danfodio became a Muslim in Hausaland, his father, Fodio, was a bloody pagan. Danfodio was trained by Hausa Islamic teachers. Yet, he killed them in the name of Jihad and even burned the Islamic University in Dandoton Daji (present day Katsina state) LastProphet: 2 Likes 1 Share |

Gagare1: Gross illiteracy amongst the majority Hausa population is a deliberate policy to keep them subservient to the Fulanis. The few educated Hausas are hookwinked easily into abandoning their quest to encourage education and exposure amongst their people by being given feeble opportunities such as appointments in govt or cheap traditional titles from the Fulani Emirs and indoctrinated into seeing themselves as equals to the Fulani elites while looking down on their own people as Talakawa. Hausas who remain stubborn and eager to expose their people to hard facts are trapped and made afraid for their lives as they could be accused of apostasy which comes with great consequences if they question the Emirs and religious leaders false teachings. The above scheme is well mapped out and most Hausas are ignorant of it, I got to know this as a Southerner who grew up in the North and tried to understand why the Hausas are in such precarious situation having read some history about how they were rich merchants who practiced a hitherto peaceful and gentle form of Islam that sent people to Arabia for Hajj and scholars to places like Timbuktu and Sudan which had the earliest Universities in Africa to teach Islam and they even allowed Pagans to practice their religion in Hausa land long before Usman Dan Fodio Jihad with his fighters coming mostly from Futa Jalon in present day Guinea condemned the type of Islamic culture and lifestyle practiced by Hausas as a false flag to attack the Hausas who lacked a centralised military formation having lived peacefully with other neighbours. This is the same type of lies and deception used severally by America to attack and destroy other countries especially in the Middle East under the guise of bringing them "freedom and democracy" or 'purified Islam' in the case of Danfodio 1 Like |

Dyke15: That's how the mind of the enslaved and subjugated works. It is those on the outside that would see what is wrong. Those under the subjugation hardly see anything wrong unless their very existence is under threat or their mind is broken from mental enslavement. The same way nigerians keep quiet and do not want to fight to dissolve the british colony called nigeria. That is how those from other continents would wonder why blacks are so content being under neocolonialism. And just how you rarely bother about the hausa enslavement, likewise how others in advanced continents rarely bother about our own enslavement under nigeria. 2 Likes |

I'm glad to find someone from the Hausa community who shares my perspective!!. It can be quite disheartening when I find myself constantly engaged in arguments with my fellow Hausa friends, especially when they tend to align themselves with the Fulanis. It's a sad reality that the Fulanis have forcefully imposed themselves as our leaders, attempted to rewrite our history, and ruled over us for their own benefit. They have exploited Islam as a means to silence our voices and quell any rebellion from within. It's worth noting that we, as Hausa people, possess the potential to overpower the Fulanis completely, but unfortunately, many Hausas are deeply ignorant about this issue and also The fear of being accused of apostasy looms over us, as it carries severe consequences. This fear stifles our ability to expose our people to the truth and hampers our efforts to bring about change. religion, in many instances, has been utilized as a tool to maintain power anyway ๐, and this situation serves as a prime example. The Fulanis have maintained a political and religious advantage over us while simultaneously encroaching upon and appropriating our land. we should also address the cultural and social implications of this power imbalance. The dominance of the Fulanis not only affects our political landscape but also impacts our cultural identity. The erosion of our traditions and the loss of control over our land perpetuate a sense of cultural subjugation. It is vital for us to reclaim our heritage, unite as a community, and foster a collective understanding of our history to challenge these power dynamics. I hope that bit by bit gradually Hausa individuals will be aware of the truth and come together, educate ourselves and mobilize for change. By shedding light on the realities we face, encouraging critical thinking, and promoting unity, we can work towards dismantling the oppressive structures that hinder our progress and strive for a future where our voices are heard, our history is respected, and our land is protected. The houses you are going to bulldoze yourselves when it hits you or beg Yoruba to buy for 1% of what they are worth. Keep praying that the original owners of the land never come for it. Forget 99 years lease, there has been no land for sale in Yorubaland, what you are buying have been bought decades ago and there's no genuine land for sale after 1996, the govt just hasn't allocated to the original owners. All the fake documents you have is as a result of OLE GBE OLE GBA scheme, meaning you killed and robbed Yoruba for that money and then used it to buy fake land. Also pray that Nigeria never divides so you can continue to be ruled by others, the two of your saving grace. Ask a Yoruba speaker to translate "Rikisi nbe ni Lagos ti nta ile kan fun eni meta."
