Federal high court Abuja restrain Abure from parading himself as national chairman of Labour party because of forgery. Now Edo state high court dismiss his suspension by his ward executive. Abuja high court order still stand. Unless his order is vacate by high court.

the party ward executive in Uromi in ward 3 lacked the power under the Labour Party Constitution, particularly Act 13 & 17 and the Electoral Act 2022, as amended to remove the national chairman of the party.

Why wont the ward chairman act when Abure and Peter Obi refused to obey a valid court order that was also reaffirmed .
If i were Apapa I wont Obey this order and will instead appeal for stay of execution while approaching the federal high court that sacked Abure for contempt charge against Obi.

This LP crisis make my mind rest that indeed I took the right decision NOT TO VOTE PETER OBI.

They did Oshiomhole, Secondus, Iyorcha Ayu,etc. Oshiomhole won in court and that should have put an end to the practice, but it's still taking place. If you leave the power to remove party men to their ward, they can be easily manipulated and controlled.

You people should stop disgracing yourself and the education acquired. Did any court in Nigeria make Apapa LP chairman? I challenge you to bring to the public that order or judgement that says Apapa should be LP chairman.
Apapa wasn't even a party to the suit in FHC in Abuja neither was he from Edo state or the wars that purportedly suspended Abure. Apapa wasn't part of the people that took Abure to court and court NEVER told anyone to assume the position of chairmanship of LP because its has no such power, since the case brought before it is not a factional dispute between Apapa and Abure, wherein the court will make a definite ruling or order that one of them is an authentic chairman.
Again, court does not award ruling or order to a person not in its court. If you've used your number 6, you should have known that if truly Apapa has such order from the court, he would have rushed back to court to complain of contempt of the court for almost two months now. Apapa is just an interloper and playing the game to destabilize his own party he claimed he has laboured for for 20 years.
Just I have said, I challenge you to show the world the ruling or order that made Apapa acting chairman of LP. I am waiting for you.

Last time l checked, State high court is not the appex court of the land and any judgememt from the appex court is final and overrides state court.. Thats why there is appeal and supreme court. Oya may all aggrieved parties keep on lawyering until the Appex courts decide finally so everybody can rest. Just as Davido's uncle Adeleke's case has been closed finally by apex court after upturning of judgememt here and there by lower courts.
