Just 3 days and you're getting disturbed! You need to get used to the idea that customs clearance is unpredictable, neither can it be influenced by anybody. Sometimes you're lucky and your items get cleared with 1 to 3 days. At other times, it could take up to one week. So, get used to this so you won't give yourself unnecessary headache.

It's safe to buy from the seller, but the price you're seeing there is not what you are going to pay. To know what the actual price is, go to settings and change your currency into USD(US dollars). Then you will multiply the price you see on it by #760 or #770 or whatever the exchange rate of the card or payment method you want to use.

Since you've already selected US as your country, check the option of 'bank transfer' and see whether it's possible to transfer dollar from your bank to the app wallet, or fund your card through direct transfer from dollar account ( if you have one). If not, then make use of either Binance or Solana to fund your card (am not familiar with Solana, I only make use of Binance). You buy dollar from those platforms and fund your Gotok card with it.
