Mr Suama, it's not like that. Some things are best left spoken and not showed. Saying he got the mail is enough. When it was explicitly said not to share. They created a new mail for the test and now everyone including myself knows it. Trust me, the site go crash with overload that day.

I think they probably sent that mail to almost everybody that were able to apply

your opinion is highly impracticable, EFCC and ICPC serve very different purposes... There are other ways Nigeria can save cost and not by merging two agencies with clearly established functions.

EFCC's cardinal function borders on the investigation of all financial crimes including but not restricted to Advance fee fraud, money laundering, counterfeiting, illegal charge transfers, futures market board, fraudulent encashment of negotiable instruments, computer credit card fraud, contract scam.

Whereas ICPC's function borders basically on Bribery, Corruption and related offences.

If you still cannot distinguish between the two agencies then you should blame the Tertiary institution you graduated from.

The report recommended the merger of agencies with same or near same purposes, ICPC and EFCC fall under such, just like Police and NSCDC - different but overlapping mandates, though as an employee, you are less likely to be affected.
