Did you experience these issues too? I have been trying since last Friday. My house has really poor internet reception so I was really banking on Starlink.

Naaaa... Infact, I bought my starlink with Klasha's black card

It was recently that Klasha had issues with their black card and we had to move to the pink card. I have also registered/updated the pink Klasha card on my Starlink account.

I am waiting to see if I won't have any issues when my next subscription is due sometime nex week

I think it is an issue from Starlink's end. I tried with the Klasha pink card. The transaction still got declined. I hope things work perfectly before your next due date!

You would be supposed that you NIN might just be the culprit. Try use another person details, maybe Madam's.

Hmm.. Thanks for this suggestion. I tried using a different NIN (an actual one assigned to a friend). The card still got declined. It seems Starlink is out to stress a couple of us these days lol!

I paid my subscription with Chipper Cash yesterday and it went thru successfully. Tried payday couple of other Cards though, including my Dormicilary Dollar Mastercard which was also declined. I see shege for this one. Even my Chipper Card was declined. It was my friends own that went thru for me.
It not a funny experience I must say....

Everyone awaits the unified exchange rate as promised by the new administration. All Starlink needs to do is update the payment section.

I ordered and received it using Providus bank card but their rate is too high (higher than the black market rate) and I don’t want to use their card for subscription.
Which better alternative do we have for monthly subscription?

Klasha's rate is now #790, up from #763 that it was for a long time, probably because of the naira devaluation by the new administration. We are in trouble in this country.

Hopefully, the expected changes by Starlink come into effect on the 6th.

Why didn't you just order it directly from Starlink's website?

Stupid chipper and co refuse to verify me. Payfi told me 5 to 8 weeks..
