I went to see my doctor and she prescribed manual for me. And she told me to make a semi hot salt solution and sit on it for 15 minutes for 2 weeks.

I did it and the external pile vanished. I'm not sure of the internal one yet. But externally there's no piles. It's miraculously vanished.

Yes but it goes back a few minutes after I'm done... especially when I strain due to difficulty in stooling.

I lost my one month NYSC allawee to that dreadful & painful pile because I couldn't report to my Secretariat/PPA early. I was on sick bed. In fact, my LI said he once battled the same pile & felt so concerned but I reported so late, the Jan clearance was already done. We've been managing it for few years, but my mother couldn't keep mute any longer. She was so worried because of the service. Fortunately, I was able to get healed permanently. She sought help everywhere. Different people, both family members & friends, were bringing different herbs for use. Thanks to God, I've been free since then. To be sincere, I can't be sure about the exact one that did the magic. I just knew I took lots of herbs, drank about two bottles of NCP & use another two bottles for cleaning the renal part (anus) after using toilet. Now I eat the foods I was told to avoid few years back.

In fact, I still have the one that I used to cure it temporarily then. OP, I can really be of great help to you if you are/understand Yoruba. Sorry to say that, I only know the Yoruba names for some of the herbs. I guess yours is hemorrhoids, too.



Firstly, get ewe Akintola & efinrin (scent leaf). Squeeze the two together & drink both in the morning & evening.

Secondly, go to elewe omo & ask them to give you 'eso iruugba'. It looks like a bean pod. Tell them what you need it for, those who know it's used to treat pile would know the exact thing you need. Pitifully, I am not home now, I would have loved to snap & upload a sample. What to do; make sure you buy a dry one for easy peeling, peel the back (the surface layer) of that iruugba (which looks like a bean pod) & grind till becomes powdered. Take little with eko ( mixed with solid pap) both in the morning & evening. Also, use little to press the swollen anus in, you can do this as many times as you want, it could be painful though.

Thirdly, after peeling the iruugba which you did for the above usage, do not dispose any. You will boil the remaining (those bean pods lookalike) & drink it as many times as you want a day. Using it to clean your anus after defecating would also be of great help to the healing process.

Lastly, you can now drink little (take with its cover) NCP in the morning & night. You can as well use the NCP to clean your anus after using the toilet. I did use it to wash the anus even when I didn't use the toilet because I wanted the total healing as fast as possible.

This is all I could remember for now.

Disclaimer: I advise no one to start drinking NCP without doctor's proscription o.

My cousin had pile for more than 15 years. He treated it with both conventional and herbal products but it would always come back after a while, finally a surgical procedure was recommended which ended the pile iss.

What you have is hemorrhoid. Unfortunately, there is no cure other than surgery. I had it for over 14 years, back and forth. I had to undergo a medical procedure to get rid of it completely.

They may recommend surgery but don't do it unless there's no other option

Fatality for pile surgery is too high in nigeria.

Good evening, to be honest with you, you should see a doctor to confirm it’s pile, and then go for surgery to remove the pile.

I suffered the same thing for years, I used different native and English medications all to no avail.
Until January 2020 when I finally decided to get rid of it via surgery, now I’m free, the pain is no more.

Sincerely the surgery wasn’t easy, in fact that was the worst 2 weeks of my life, but it’s gone forever.(Amen)

U might be having anal fissure. Considering the duration given by u, anorectal cancer is almost completely ruled out. Pain of anal fissure is excruciating, to say the least. I was its victim 2 years ago, and I tell you the experience and memory remain one of the worst in my entire life. Once I feel pressed to poo in the morning, I'll become sad because about 30 minutes after, the pain would start, gradually becoming so excruciating around midday. It won't stop until around 6 pm. I grew lean bcoz I feared eating to avoid pooing. I took different medications both orthodox and native all to no avail. Eventually, I had to go for surgery. Since then, I've been free from it. But I occasionally do Sitz bath.

There's nothing else you can do about this..The best thing to do is to go for a Surgical operation..it's already on stage 4 of it, if its beginning to come out of your anus..It happened to me(External Hemorrhoid). And I was warned by the doctor that If I dont take it off using Surgical procedures, it might turn out being cancerous.

OP I can relate with your issues. Trust me the time for medicine (english or local) is long gone. My bro also experienced same thing close to 6 years also. THE ONLY SOLUTION IS SURGERY... cut it out...

Bros I had same problem for like 8 years and I was ask to use different kind of herbs which I did anyway but the situation never change till I went for medical surgery...this ended the whole stuff. Go for it bro

As a medical practitioner I will advice that if the pile that’s hemorrhoid has gone far to this stage you state here it’s only surgery that will help. But then you could try traditional means that’s by using bitterleaf juice and nchanwu by igbo’s English name is scent leaf. Use the juice too. Drink them both morning and night. It cures it too
