I could recall during the APC debacle, when Oshiomhole was replaced by APC's NEC with Buni Haruna, he was all over the TV stations making noise that it was wrong for Buhari and NEC to have done that but the law court proved him wrong from FHC through Supreme court.
If every citizens are compelling our agencies to act on their petitions and even given time frame, then, the agencies would not be able to face cogent issues.
Let us put it rightly, Keyamo makes noise too much without iota of sense in his noise making.

Even if that is unrealistic should that lead to dismissal of the case? Should it not prompt ICPC and EFCC to rather apply for an extension of the ultimatum to afford them ample time to carry out a diligent investigation?

The problem is that we have been so used to lackadaisical attitude, and gross ineptitude in the public sector that normalcy has become abnormal and even a punishable offense.
The Judge needs to be suspended for going ti the extent of fining him 10million.
