Igbos are very domineering and it’s natural to get resistance from the people you are trying to dorminate.

If igbos try to work cooperatively and listen and value other peoples views more ( instead of attack like they question your right to have an opinion) then you will not get this push back.

I went to school in Onitsha with them. No problem with leading but if you don’t know ask or just invite contributions not just people’s money but their opinions also such that you are carrying people along.
