The Court is set to resume by 2pm since its adjournment from yesterday where the Petitioners tendered documents for 8 states.

It is presumed that the Petitioners in CA/PEPC/03/2023 will today, take a step away from INEC CTC of Forms EC8As and proceed to tendering documents of Forms EC8Bs, which are Ward Collated Results from the various states they will be contending in the petition.

While these are presumptions, join us in court or stay glued to know the turn out of events.

I thought they said they are done?
These evidences are too much.

It’s like Labour Party want to embarrass INEC and APC very well.

These pieces of evidence are just too many. I hope Labour Party ran the calculations to compute the number of votes they received in each state. Asking these judges to do that themselves amounts to giving them a lot of work. If what happened in Rivers State could happen, chances are that Peter Obi won that election.

No other party is in court, Counsels will now announce appearances.
