1) type "Pay" in EVA
2) choose "Incorrect payment value"
3) choose "extra money was asked by seller"
4) click "NO" on cancel order
5) click "chat with an agent now"

As per address, use your home address. Speedaf will locate you wherever you are based.
To be on the safer side, tell the seller to declare the phone as "phone accessories" or "Mp 4 player" and reduce the price. By this, customs official won't know what exactly is contained in the parcel.

better be putting a caveat on this seller declaration. Not all sellers will agree to this because if that phone is extracted before delivery, it is what is declared insurance will cover. That's why some don't agree to this arrangement. NIPOST won't agree to any other amount you may claim too so long there's price tag on the package.

If you're famiar with the purchase of these gadgets, you'll know that even those Chinese sellers are quite aware of customs fees. That's why they tend to quote lower prices on such items even without you telling them to, whether they agree to change the Id or not. They're well informed that if the real amounts are declared, such goods could attract customs fees.

Let me give you an instance. A couple of years back, I ordered 2 tablets of about $95 each from a particular store. After making the payment, I dropped a message for the seller to declare the tabs as MP4 players. I never got a "yes or no" response from him. The 2 tabs arrived and I got a call from Nipost to come and pick them up.

On getting to the Post office, and looking at the parcels before me, I was shocked to discover that the word "Tablet" was written boldly on each of the 2 parcels. And looking at the parcels again to see the amount written as price, I however discovered that the seller quoted $23 each. Obviously, he knows the implications of declaring the sum of $95 for each tablet.

Yes, communicate with him. That is the approach I adopt when buying mobile phones. You can even chat him up before making payment.

Abi o. What was he expecting customer service to tell him? That they're gone for good? If they're coming back, it won't be as good as it were.

Have you tried filling it up to test real capacity,I wouldn't trust it as my only back up thou,it might lost important data.

This people are not following the 0.5% as they claim. They are charging more than that.

They do not follow the 0.5% and minimum is $0.2. remember, it's based on your checkout amount but I noticed a 5% and 9% extras yesterday. I've converted my balance to Naira and will withdraw am later.

I think landlords increased the rent to a ridiculous amount when they saw the Chinese people and the volume of business they seemed to be doing.
A source said that no one has rented their former computer village office space since they left because of the hike. I can't confirm though.
