Do you expect it to have glitches before? What will be the essence of security measures INEC engineers put in place to secure AWS server? INEC engineer will tell you they resist attacks against the server from their end. And can you even defend internet connectivity issues from device users? LP can't prove this, they are only wasting time. By the time the engineer is crossed examine now, he may make LP feel like mumu

Wetin u dey talk sef? INEC say dem get issues wey make dem no transmit presidential results n this Amazon enginner dey talk say na lie.....you dey here dey talk another thing.....if there were no issues from the server of INEc...why was result not uploaded n transmitted as required by law?

This line of argument only proves that INEC did not follow through with their own guideline, it could have affected anybody including Tinubu, Atiku, Obi and all others.
Now Obi and his lawyers are not telling us how not uploading affects just him and had his results changed.

The better way to prove it would be to show the result uploaded to iRev. Assuming iRev has PO with 10, Atiku with 15 and Tinubu with 25, the best way to show that the results were manipulated is to show a certified true copy which all party agents have that shows PO 25, Atiku 15 and Tinubu 10.

Saying INEC said they will use black biro but went to use blue or they said they will upload immediately but uploaded later will only lead to a reprimand on INEC to explain why and improve their process next time but will not prove that PO won, at least that is how I see it?
slowice:

The issue of the irev is just one out of many argument to prove that Tinubu didn't win the election and inec deliberately compromised the process.

Perhaps someone could provide an explanation regarding this matter. How do any of these factors prove that Obi won the election?

His argument seems to suggest that if the results were not uploaded to iREV, the entire election should be canceled in order for his line of reasoning to make sense. However, I am trying to understand the basis of his argument, which implies that everything went well until the uploading process, without any indication of altered results in those units. He is solely relying on the fact that the results did not upload to claim victory.

I have mentioned before that Obi, along with his lawyers and associates, is aware that he did not win, which is why he is not even attempting to demonstrate his victory and is solely focusing on the issue of iREV not functioning properly.

Nonetheless, INEC should provide a proper explanation as to why that aspect did not work.

So all the form EC8s that he has tendered for so many states na play, abi?

Someone talk say system no work on that day another person brought the person's IT guy who confirmed that the system was working contrary to what was claimed? Is that not perjury?[/quote

So I should join you to accept what the Amazon staff said when no cross examination has been done to know better.

Indeed you obedients are dumb. You want to bury someone when the person is still alive.

Good you raised it up, he dumped those EC8 forms in court and has not really made any reference to them on any discrepancy on those EC8

By now we should have been hearing polling unit x, PO had 100 but was changed to 10, polling unit y, he had 200 but was changed to 40 but instead all the witnesses have only focused on results not being uploaded to iREV and no reference to the EC8 that you graciously mentioned now.

Obi's petition is predicated on the ground that INEC failed to follow the provisions of both the Electoral Act 2021 and Electoral Guidelines issued for the conduct of the election by INEC which mandates the compulsory transmission of results from the polling units to INEC server.
As at the date INEC declared Tinubu as winner of the election, it did not have results uploaded from the polling units in it's server, so where did INEC get its results from. That is where there is discrepancies between result finally uploaded in INEC server and the ones INEC declared. INEC offered explanation that they could not upload due to glitches in network, now Amazon engineer has proved that there was no glitches. So INEC what happened behind the scene that churned out the results

INEC server or IREV INEC server is for their internal use, IREV is like a notice board for the public to follow the results.
I believe there are 2 different things.
