when i see some people comment here i will be asking myself are they that stupid. from the original results P.O won the election. that’s what they’re trying to prove. even when the server did not transmit the results, it when to a backup server . so those altered results from , lagos, rivers , kogi , akwa ibom , even niger state that inec uploaded are not the real results.... guys have sense follow issues with facts before commenting ..... haba .. i’m not supporting any stupid party but starting a fact... I have mentioned before that Obi, along with his lawyers and associates, is aware that he did not win, which is why he is not even attempting to demonstrate his victory and is solely focusing on the issue of iREV not functioning properly.

Nonetheless, INEC should provide a proper explanation as to why that aspect did not work.

This line of argument only proves that INEC did not follow through with their own guideline, it could have affected anybody including Tinubu, Atiku, Obi and all others.
Now Obi and his lawyers are not telling us how not uploading affects just him and had his results changed.

The better way to prove it would be to show the result uploaded to iRev. Assuming iRev has PO with 10, Atiku with 15 and Tinubu with 25, the best way to show that the results were manipulated is to show a certified true copy which all party agents have that shows PO 25, Atiku 15 and Tinubu 10.

Saying INEC said they will use black biro but went to use blue or they said they will upload immediately but uploaded later will only lead to a reprimand on INEC to explain why and improve their process next time but will not prove that PO won, at least that is how I see it?

You are still missing the point. This is just one of several grounds to prove that inec deliberately hampered the process. Inec us joined in the suit and they said what happened is just technical glitch so obi is trying to prove that it wasn't technical glitch but a deliberate action to compromise the process. If inec compromises it's own election, doesn't that nullify they process?

Even a slowpoke knows that the said glitch was a manipulated attempt by INEC and APC to give Tinubu victory

It is impossible to have overall device users connectivity throughout the nation without a compromise. If it existed, what effort did INEC Engineers make to rectify it? Do they have access to the logs ? Can Amazon tell us what happened on the local client wether it did not even establish any connection to their network.

INEC claims there were glitches during the election, reason they couldn't upload the full results of the Presidential election......they even claimed the reason they didn't suspend the collation of results was because the glitches didn't really affect all the results already transmitted through the Bimodal Voter Accreditation System (BVAS).

However, the expert has now debunked that lie.....no glitches whatsoever happened during the conduct of the election.
