Perhaps someone could provide an explanation regarding this matter. How do any of these factors prove that Obi won the election?

His argument seems to suggest that if the results were not uploaded to iREV, the entire election should be canceled in order for his line of reasoning to make sense. However, I am trying to understand the basis of his argument, which implies that everything went well until the uploading process, without any indication of altered results in those units. He is solely relying on the fact that the results did not upload to claim victory.

I have mentioned before that Obi, along with his lawyers and associates, is aware that he did not win, which is why he is not even attempting to demonstrate his victory and is solely focusing on the issue of iREV not functioning properly.

Nonetheless, INEC should provide a proper explanation as to why that aspect did not work.

Calm down na. By calling Amazon witness, they will prove that INEC lied under oath by alleging hitches where none existed which will confirm that they are actually hiding something. Then their next line of action will be the killer punch. Be patient and stay tuned...

Do you expect it to have glitches before? What will be the essence of security measures INEC engineers put in place to secure AWS server? INEC engineer will tell you they resist attacks against the server from their end. And can you even defend internet connectivity issues from device users? LP can't prove this, they are only wasting time. By the time the engineer is crossed examine now, he may make LP feel like mumu

This lady works at Amazon and submitted evidence that proved there was no glitch, and you, a novice who has no clue about the details of the proof she submitted, came here on Nairaland to blab away.

My point exactly, it is all these claims of results being changed that we thought Obi will be proving in court instead he is calling witness after witness to repeat what we all know that results did not immediately get uploaded into iREV.

I hear he is suppose to close his case tomorrow, when will he now prove that he got these bogus values in lagos, and Plateau?

Close case tomorrow when his asking INEC for some critical documents ?? When INEC chairman has been subpoened, when will such be heard ?? I think LP still have something up their sleeves only time will tell...remember they are contesting the elections in 21 states meaning it's not just bout the BVAS/irev

How will a 3rd party determine wether an application has issues on a particular day ?

Do they have access to the logs ? Can Amazon tell us what happened on the local client wether it did not even establish any connection to their network.

Can they establish that there was no connectivity issues between the device and the remote systems on the said date. ?

This is one of the cheapest BULL SHIIIT to throw away.

Did you read the news piece at all before jumping here to post all these? You just ended up interpreting it wrongly. Since INEC server encountered no glitches...so why didn't they post election results on the server and made millions of Nigerians to look like mumu? The server issue reported, which according to them , was why they didn't post those results on the irev server was fake. They just used the opportunity to go on the rigging spree.

I am a software engineer with years of experience in building scalable enterprise applications. The AWS servers may not have glitches. The Question you should be asking is for application logs to be provided. AWS is an hosting environment on which you can run services developed by other programmers.
Is the application scalable? Was the application tested for performance under extreme load? Uploading Documents/Images are resource intensive. Peradventure the applications might have failed under intensive document upload process. If the application is using micro services, what happened to the service orchestrators? What happened to the load balancer?

The AWS logs are not enough to enough to proof the health of the application.

I don't get, is it until a judgement favoured PO that's when the judgement can be marked credible?

PO brought some evidences to support his case and while the evidence were accessed the judge ruled that it doesn't make any sense and doesn't tally with the issues on ground.

So, that auto means that the judges are bias with their judgement.

Are you people still in your mental wellness state?

His argument seems to suggest that if the results were not uploaded to iREV, the entire election should be canceled in order for his line of reasoning to make sense. However, I am trying to understand the basis of his argument, which implies that everything went well until the uploading process, without any indication of altered results in those units. As for what I do for a living, u can go and find out on ur own but note that If any one tells u Microsoft , Amazon, Google or digital ocean can tell u nothing is wrong with the application u hosted in their cloud, know that the person is a as ignorant as u are.

Don’t be silly, abuse and stuffs does not translate to Amazon being able to tell u Jack.

Cloud provider can tell you service is up and running, they can’t tell if the application itself is working and useable.

if Inec allowed the transmission to IREV at real time everybody will view and know the winner by 26th of march which will make it difficult for Inec to announce Tinubu so they have to block the Presidential election results from been transmitted to the IREV so that they can doctor the results from state level
