I just did a Google search on this technical expert, nothing except the Tribunal stuff.

This person is not on LinkedIn, Facebook or Credly.

I am seriously tempted to write to HR at AWS to let them know a so called employee of theirs is in court giving the impression that they are representing them in an official capacity.

Do you expect it to have glitches before? What will be the essence of security measures INEC engineers put in place to secure AWS server? INEC engineer will tell you they resist attacks against the server from their end. And can you even defend internet connectivity issues from device users? LP can't prove this, they are only wasting time. By the time the engineer is crossed examine now, he may make LP feel like mumu

Perhaps someone could provide an explanation regarding this matter. How do any of these factors prove that Obi won the election?

His argument seems to suggest that if the results were not uploaded to iREV, the entire election should be canceled in order for his line of reasoning to make sense. However, I am trying to understand the basis of his argument, which implies that everything went well until the uploading process, without any indication of altered results in those units. He is solely relying on the fact that the results did not upload to claim victory.

I have mentioned before that Obi, along with his lawyers and associates, is aware that he did not win, which is why he is not even attempting to demonstrate his victory and is solely focusing on the issue of iREV not functioning properly.

Nonetheless, INEC should provide a proper explanation as to why that aspect did not work.

That’s why I asked for your age! What economy was good then?! There has never been a time when the economy was good since the mid 80s, FYI.
Do you even realize that 25k is almost the same as 100k today? Imagine what you can do with that today. I think the young generation need to read more instead of just jumping into arguments without knowledge or facts.
On why Tinubu protested the subsidy removal, most Nigerians are also guilty of this. And these Nigerians changed their minds when they had better facts. The Jonathan government was very corrupt & reckless, that was why Nigerians including Tinubu jumped to the earlier conclusion. GEJ’s administration reckless corruption gave Buhari a chance to sell lies to Nigerians. But in life we all change our minds when superior facts emerge.
The ONLY ‘daft’ people are those who stick to their arguments even when new facts have shown they were wrong. Those are the real mad people. Real human beings change their minds in the face of facts & truth, it is Obi followers that blindly stick to their delusions.

You probably know nothing about tech, AWS or server management, but you have a big mouth and an empty head, so? Now let me tell you why your argument is ridiculous.

* You don't have to create a new security measure for AWS, AWS has already covered security for you. All you need to do is to activate instances for WAF, auto-scaling, and load-balancing which is standard by the way.

* INEC cannot resist attack from the client side as a DDOS attack fictitiously manipulate server request in order to overwhelm the host. This kind of manipulation is impossible on AWS servers due to its auto-scaling module.

* Internet connectivity? grin Really bro? Bro focus on your business, you're too ignorant to be in tech. Neither you, INEC, nor the brightest agbado engineer can logically defend this against a junior developer.

Obi is coming! cheesy grin

The engineers will only implicate themselves because if they try as much as make excuses for their incompetence it will mean the money that was paid for the job was not justified and that could eventually lead to more issues.

Mr. Man, court is not a market place, there are procedure to follow in court. When time for argument comes, you will see and hear they argue out issues with the respondents and the final addresses will also take care of all issues. Hence, lawyers are not parrots, they follow ethics of the court. Or, how many of the respondents lawyer have you seen also talking carelessly the way you want it?

Exactly why INEC excuse (True or False) that they intentionally prevented the Presidential election results upload because of servers attacks will be a logical reason.
Server attack or hack when raw results are not entered. You people doesn't know what to say. But none of the Senate or House of Reps was attacked. In this life, intuition is more about forecasting the future. You just know what will happen with evidences at hand. Many of us believed Peter Obi would win the election, I even voted for him. Despite all the evidences that he was being one-sided, riding on the wave of Twitter Obidients with their one-million match.
As if that is not enough, some were still hoping that somehow the inauguration will not hold and Tinubu will be arrested. They started gathering some "issues" to back up the "prophecies" their daddy in the lord gave them in Church.
Uptill now, a good number still believe that Obi is still going to win in court. With all these kangaroo evidences he's presenting that is tickling the go-to-court mob.
Another set is still hoping that Tinubu dies, as he's not healthy enough to complete his 8-year regime. The thing is if you cannot be intuitive in politics, you will make bad decisions in life, based on sentiments. Wise people should know better by now.

You still feign ignorance. Three elections conducted same day, same time and all were to be uploaded same day, same time but two were done successfully and never experienced any glitch as INEC and his supporters want us to believe but one of the three experienced glitches that a single upload cannot be made of the results. baba, most people don't get this- INEC is an independent body that decided not to use electronic voting for the presidential election. It is legal for them to decide. They use electronic voting in some.other elections and decided not to in the presidential election. The voting result is still a valid result and only INEC can admit that they made a mistake or the other party to prove their are discrepancies, if they can't, it's a lost case

ask questions sometimes before u conclude . the reasons for upload of results is that, at the end of it all, the court always judge by what happens in the BVAS machine. Because even those you yourself claimed they won the election, the court also judges by their voters data’s in the BVAS so in all this I think the judges always goes by what happens to the machine because, they are working with what the electoral constitution says not what happens to INEC machine. So Inec must prove why there were not internet just for only one seat , among out of 4 to 5 seats being contested

Unlike you, I do not blindly speculate. The reasons why the glitch occurred for the presidential election will emerge with the facts in court. Until the facts are argued in court and the court makes a decision on whether the glitch was justified or not, I have decided to not wildly speculate or live in delusion.

Interesting. So INEC in their comments suggested that Amazon's servers were not available when needed. In other words they were suggesting Amazon was not a reliable service provider. I don't think Amazon would take that lying down. That insinuation by INEC is capable of destroying their reputation.
