Just download the app, register with your correct info.

Inside the app, search for what you are looking for, you can search by text or picture.

When the result comes up, filter according to what you want. Then, go through the seller rating, the product reviews, and make sure that the product matches what you are looking for.

You can message the seller to ask them about anything you have doubt about.

Take your time, and go through different products and stores, compare the prices, quality and reviews.

Look out for reviews from fellow Nigerians who bought from the store, and product, if any.

Once you are satisfied, then add the product to your cart, then proceed to pay.

To pay, you currently need to have a dollar card... Add the payment method, and put your address for the shipping.

Then, wait for delivery.

This is basically all you need to do.

You will get a tracking code after the seller ships your product, and you can track the movement through the app itself or the shipping company's website.

If you run into any issues, you can ask here.

The rate is 782/$ today. There is 0.5% transaction fee, although i didn't notice this.

Lower Case letters
Full stop or question mark and you're good

I can't remember which one cuz it's been a while someone mentioned it. NIPOST/EMS are unfortunate, don't even try it with them. I lost a package to them in January; took about 3 months before they started processing it in Lagos and no tracking information provided until now. I lost my dispute and money for processing the return.

I'm in the same situation with EMS package was sent since April but no further update after leaving country of Origin till date and another was sent as Reshipment this one May but till date no update too after leaving country of origin. Yesterday i said make i go Nipost know what's up behold the man in charge of EMS Parcels told me say they never receive EMS packages since January. Told me all the packages are in Lagos that they're expecting them this month omo 😡

Yes. It's a dollar card. It will work on any platform that accepts dollar payment, unless they don't accept payments from prepaid cards.

That's true. Klasha has hidden charges. The order day, I made a payment of $26.37 but descovered that additional $0.3 was deducted from my card balance.
