250k for Northern states and 180k for other states. Pls can someone in the know tell us if this fee is compulsory for all categories. Aside the visa fee of $75?

This 1 no body is replying. Do we assume it's for all categories or just FR?

Not necessarily the class but the point in German scale. Most MSc courses are set at 2.5 German equivalent GPA minimum points though there could be boosts from work experience, professional certifications. Try some private universities or NC Frei courses

Yes, unfortunately some schools request for the study visa for one's enrollment.

Usually this wasn't common but with global slow and low visa approval rates, I think Universities are doing this to make arrangements for who will be available in persons and possibly plans for hybrid classes. I can imagine the organisational stress because if a course is NC restricted, a candidate that will be able to join when the semester begins is preferred. My class has 24 students, 3-4 Europeans and most others are from countries with visa problems. It is important for such department to know who and who will be available to start at the beginning of the semester.
If this is your case that no visa yet, they will advise you and maybe offer a waiting list for you.

Maybe you consider sports management (e.g. German Sport University KΓΆln), say you are looking for physical education, it might be a lot.
Alternatively, look at other areas of specialisation in P.E e.g Kinesiology

I do not know the salary grade you talked about but for a PhD position, you can survive. Although you will not be able to solve your village people problems.

2) And I saw somewhere on the thread when someone mentioned going to court for certification, is that acceptable too?
3) Is there any fee to be paid for certification?
4)My school will resume October, what can you advise me concerning visa appointment cuz I've not apply?

As per you waiting for 14 months+ for AD, does this mean you have gotten admission but deferred it or you will process admission towards the AD time...
I'm just curious on how the AD will later have positive effect on probably admission you've gotten before without visa, or if AD comes before getting new admission.
Please, throw light on this for me...

This is conveniently about 2500-2700 Eur per month.
Rent: 350-450
Insurance: 40-220 (Depending on your age and current health condition)
Feeding: 100-150 (Depending on WHAT and how much you eat of course)
Transportation (local): possibly covered in your semester contribution fee
Semester fee: 150-500 (Depending on your school)
Winter clothing: depending on your taste and time of purchase (now, winter clothes are pretty cheap).
Bicycle: later on... πŸ˜‚

You'll be alright depending on your alrightness level wherever you are now.

Are you Cat A? If yes, go ahead with the final preparations towards your interview.
If CAT B, take a deep breathe and chill for the next 1.4 years.

Certifications are done by MOFA and Embassy and you may need an appointment for it in Nigeria.

Alternatively, attested documents from the court works great too. Less stressful.

Hahaha I have been thinking about that bicycle as well

1. You mean with 150 euro one can eat three times a day for 30 days πŸ€”πŸ€”

2. I'm above 30

3. Will 450 get a selfcon room?

4. My location will be Bielefeld University

With this calculation it means one can be conveniently saving over 500 euro a month?
