Sections 130-140 (Part VII) governs petitions, and there’s NO such requirement of physical presence.

Meanwhile, it does not even make sense…

All I heard is a statistical projection by a professional of mathematics who perhaps forgot he was a witness in law court, not presenting a research finding to a scientific conference. He did not provide facts, but decided to project results for Obi before the judges. I don’t believe that a professor can be so dumb.

The point is that president Goodluck Jonathan didn't win the core north in 2011 yet he won the presidential election in a two horse race.
Peter Obi won Lagos which is the most populous and most cosmopolitan state in Nigeria located in the Southwest.
The person INEC declared president- elect lost Lagos of all places the same state he supposedly built for eight years. He equally lost in the FCT Abuja the federal capital of Nigeria. He equally lost Southeast and Southsouth and parts of Northeast and Northwest!

When people address you people noise over the court proceedings, you turn the table again and start claiming "Go to court and he is in court bla bla"....we will still not allow you to be misinforming people about the court proceedings.

Out of 50 witnesses, he has been able to get just 5 Igbo people like him but you are everywhere overhyping the evidences on social media to gag and blackmail the judiciary.
