Funny enough, banks have less than 50% contract staff at any branch.

The truth is, many banks don’t care how their consumer make their money … maybe because the way some rich people through money around when they come to bank or because of their proximity with money that make them forget that “some people 10k is money important to them than some people 2 million”.

Emefeliel has sadly damamagedd the naija banks with his useless cashless policy,bank take sporious charges,they don't attend to or respect or value customers complaints as before,they give you dirty notes,load atm when they like without CBN regulating their excesses s.
I pray the new CBN govr remedy the banks' image and restore confidence

Sometimes these people compromise their details on social media by clicking on links and thereafter chase banks for their money.
If u dig dip now,u will know that they might have clicked on a link.

I trust that contract staff in most banks are hackers and fraudsters.. the CBN and other financial regulatory agencies must take this emerging trend serios and nip it in bud..I lost 100 thousand to these same scammers in Ecobank .. till date nothing has been done to it.. money left my account twice to an opay and palmpay account .. even after i blocked all card links to my account .. i have decided to close down the account completely now.. Bank insider fraud is rising and must be taken seriously before it eats up the fabric of financial institutions and make customers save money @ home than @banks

......then Central Bank will want to encourage people to put money in banks, after what I have seen it is best to hide it in your house.

... leave them let them carry on their nonsense, I personally have more money in my house than in the bank. The money in the bank is just to pay and subscription.

This is one reason i don't have any mobile app, and my personal savings account don't av any e-banking stuff

Last time I was in the bank to make a transfer, the cash officer was furious and asked the lady to tell me to make use of my mobile bank i told him i won't download the app and no one can force me to use it. He was like that is the bank policy and i told straight the last time i checked there is no constitution that said i must use an app for bank transfer. He looked at me and was hold the transfer form as if he won't act on it. I just told him if it's compulsory i can close my account and move to where i won't be subject to app usage by compulsion.

After some few minutes he verified the transaction and said "all this ppu wet dey too dey do i too know" I just told yes with my full chest, one if there any fraud in that account all u will say is pls don't be angry we are working on, it's only sympathy most bankers will show u and not empathize with customer. Hardly u hear a banker give a customer who loose money his/her money back..na so so story

Most times this it's inside job or close family members of the account holder
