I lived in a house about ten years ago, the council came and sealed the house because the stairs case was defective. We were given wuit notice. We had to leave immediately. Once he moved in ehn, the man wan turn my oga. Calling me at night to complain and threaten me at 9pm. I kuku sent him a text to get in touch with my lawyer for further correspondence and blocked him.

That enraged him and he was spoiling for a war when his rent was due.

Me wey sabi pursue tenant had pasted a notice of eviction 6 months earlier on the door, took the pix and time-stamped it, removed it so he doesn't see me coming.

I took the case to court and got judgement in record time and kicked his whole family out in the rain early moring while I was far away in bed in a hotel in lodged in Osun on assignment.
