Now, we are not just talking about something as trivial as above, we are talking about the introduction of a new name into the mix -Adekunle.

Now, why did you think PDP submitted Tinubu’s membership card in APC and the name on his nomination forms as evidence? It is to further buttress the point that the Bola Ahmed Tinubu whom APC sponsored as their presidential candidate is different from the Bola Adekunle Tinubu who went to Chicago State University, both in name and gender.

Now, except Tinubu can provide an affidavit where he swore to an oath that the two names belong to him and can be used interchangeably, it’s gone (otilo).

Such informations are not released to an individual, being it a legal representative or a petitioner but by the institution itself through her legal team or registrar of such educational institution.

Reff: Adeleke vs Oyetola: WAEC represented itself and not through the petitioners legal team.

Peter Mbah vs LP, PRP& APC: NYSC denied issuing Mbah discharged certificat by itself and not through the petitioners legal team.

This same case came up in a pre election petition, which Tinubu, INEC and the APC won against all parties involved.

The judges will be afraid to pass that judgement to remove Tinubu because they know that the case will definitely go to appeal court and very likely Supreme court where Tinubu already have judges to pass judgement in his favor and kill the case finally.
And if it turns out so, the judges know Tinubu will then come after them after supreme court judgement.
