Why not! They definitely will have class of visas to apply for Like Student visa, Business visa, and Tourist visa Their kids in Nigerian schools and universities will have to start paying as international students. Citizenship by birth will NOT be welcomed. Property taxes for foreign nationals will be enacted and owners will have to start paying taxes as foreigners. Nigeria will not be issuing visa higher than 6 months validity, meaning every visa class MUST be renewed every six months. It will be criminal offense if caught with a Nigerian passport or ID afterwards. |

Permanent residence card will only be issued after 10 years of residing in the new Nigeria after consistent visa renewal. , and will cost an average of $50,000/individual (Including kids) Existing drivers license will automatically be invalid, and out of state drivers license will be banned. Foreigners will be encouraged to apply for new drivers license at a cost of $5000. The Nigerian labour laws will be reviewed and company’s will be mandated to ONLY employ foreigners when skill is UNAVAILABLE in the country.
