we can't see them..... For many years now, jamb, waec, neco, nabteb have been dominated by south east.

For long time now, schools from the east have been representing Nigeria internationally.

We can't see Yorubas
Yorubas own education in Nigeria!

Check out the number of PhD holders in Nigeria and you'll see that most are yorubas! Schools in the southwest still run the fastest and best quality postgraduate education eg UI, UNILAG, OAU et al, while corruption and greed would not let universities in the southeast run a hitch free PG education.

Most Igbos that excel academically are those that studied outside igboland! Something is fundamentally wrong! Even the processes of admission in most universities in the southeast are filled with corruption and lack of transparency! No regulation. Nothing! The so called intelligentsia can't live up to standards because they easily allow greed and quest for ill-gotten wealth get the better parts of them.

You no go see aboki name for this kind thing.

If na to undeservedly pack themselves like idiots full CBN, NNPC, FIRS, PTDF, EFCC, and other government jobs, them go carry first. Very disgusting idiots. Foolish country.

When, if ever the South decide to unite and compete based on meritocracy with ojoro cancel fair play laws to mitigate the faultlines, only then would we realize the utter havoc we have done to ourselves for more than 60 years by being tied to this leeching north.

Lol...

Maybe cos they are hardworking and not criminal minded like you people

It counts a lot more than brandishing exam scores here and there.

Exam scores are not a measure of intelligence by the way.

Bigotry is you and it is unfortunate for your children if you have/ intend to have 'em.

The narrative that a section of a country is the reason for your backwardness and insecurity is a pointer to crass ignorance bedevelling this country.

If your one dimemsional way of reasoning was intact justified, then why is the South not the Dubai of Africa? Or are Northerners also ruling over southern states??.

I pray you don't reproduce so you don't pass any of you to another generation for the sake of this country and humanity

vomiting nonsense as usual.

Yorubas do not have the most PhD holders in Nigeria. You have shifted from claiming to have the most professors to now PhD. Until Yorubas realise they have been left behind, that edo are now doing better than them, they will keep lagging behind.

Igbos Excel anywhere and everywhere, the students that represented Nigeria internationally were from a school in Onitsha. The teacher that represented Nigeria in a competition sometimes ago was from a school in anambra. The best foreign Chinese language student this year, nkechinyere studied in federal polytechnic Oko, anambra state. The list is endless!
Yorubas only claim to be the most educated but they are not in reality.

my brother I tire oo...My first score was 270 and I couldn't get admission with it at UNN cos of the course that I really wanted...then in my second Jamb I chose another university and got 279 but I didn't since study my desired course I kukuma opted to an alternative cos I don't want to stay at home again... Yesterday when I heard that JAMB cut off mark na 140 I shock, somebody told me that they've been reducing cut off cut since 2016 to enable more of our brothers in the North to get admitted the same way they established NECO for their sake

Yes o, that's why Igbo States have not been prosperous too because we haven't had Igbo governors' rule the South Eastern States.

We have brought prosperity to India, Dubai, Philippines and other Asian countries.

Exam scores are not a measure of intelligence but you lots will be quick to remind us how a certain presidential aspirant graduated with third class so automatically hes not brilliant enough to be the leader...hypocrites.

And what would be your definition of hardworking? Show me a hardworking individual from your clan and I'll show you ten from mine.

I call a spade a spade, Nigeria believes so much in paper qualifications so let those ones who are topping the class be the ones to top positions.

Stephen Aguele and John Fulfilment are both from Edo state. Their states of origin is on Jamb info board. So the top 6 have 2 Igbos,2 Yorubas an 2 Edos with clisely matched scores. Just 5 marks separate all of them .

Igbos are the best in everything, but South East is yet to prosper and you want an igbo president.

Maybe SE are the one slowing down Nigeria progress with their Jinx.

But God pass all of you because other regions are flourishing with prosper.

Fallacy

Primary and secondary schools alone can not determine the overall best in education
And that doesn't mean Yorubas are not doing well either

What about others doing better academically after secondary school, at the university and after university?

Not always true

Hence you see someone coming first in secondary school not leading in university and so on. Some not brilliant enough to win international prizes later on in life.
