The disappointment of prigozin is with shogiu not putin.

In all of prigozhin address he did not mention putin and vice versa.

Prigozhin have been having issues with shoigu since last year probably due to the way he has been handling the war.

According to prigozhin, putin is been kept in the dark about the Ukraine situation and shoigu is giving him wrong information about the casualties of the war, he probably want shogiu to act tougher

Shogiu got pissed of the accusations, started not to supply arms to wagner so they can suffer heavy casualty, wagner did and prigozhin is angry, he called out shoigu. Putin intervened they got weapons, matter settle but not their beef.

After bakhmut libration, prigozin and wagner got famous, prigozin used this opportunity to talk ill about shoigu and told the world that russia suffered heavy casualty. Shoigu is not happy that prigozin continued to discredit his effort and his job is at risk.
Opportunity came to take prigozin out, he strike their base but prigozin wasnt there, if successful he will blame it on Ukraine, at least that will make them return to the front line, Wagner is supposed to return to the front by july but prigozin did not agree to the terms.

Prigozin got angry that shiogu tried to eliminate him, he take a few men and march them down to rosto, his aim is not moscow cos he knows he won't make it there, he took the building under siege with killing any Russian.
His only demand. I want to see shoigu, he said the guy is a criminal and enemy of the state, wagner bleed for Russia and yet shoigu killed them. Word got to putin.. He made and official address then flew to Belarus, talked to lucashenko and figured out a plan, he flew back to moscow then lucashenko called prigozin, he told him what putin said and prigozin agreed, turned his convoy around and left for Belarus. All this why prigozin did not still get a chance to speak to putin neither did he speak to shoigu.

What do we learn?

P.s If Ukraine start to attack Crimea, Wagner would move to capture kiev and NATO can't do anything cos Belarus got Nuke now
