I created a thread before about their power bank that I ordered it from the store and it was acting like a timer and going to zero after being used to a certain percentage. Then I called their customer care and they collected it back and gave me a new one. This new one is marvelous. The percentage is actually real I just tested it fully. I have used it heavily for 4 days and the percentage is at 9% now. Though some of their products are faulty, not all are. I am very impressed with their customer care service and also the power bank quality. Please buy Oraimo Power Banks I'm sorry for the previous thread.

All manufacturers have defective products every now and then.

Good thing is that they're sincere and changed it. They have my respect

Had the same issue with them, I returned it and got a new one after almost a month. I still swear for them sha. I have no issues yet with this new one and I hope I don’t.

I got oraimo necklace 4 from them online but got spoilt when water touched it after one week. I called customer care and they directed me to there Carl Care at Artillery PH, they collected it and called me back after few days like 4 days later to come and pick it. When I got there, they couldn't repair nor exchange it. They told me to call customer care so that they can direct me on how it will get to Lagos but the line they gave me was not reachable nor picked by anyone. I just moved on with my life jejely.

Don't be sorry for your previous thread, your experience was real, just that they apologized and replaced a bad product you initially bought with a good one after your complaint.

You were not wrong about their products.
I got one of their power bank last month and it wasn't a good one.
The power bank refused to charge beyond 1 bar. I had to return it.

Why is everyone complaining about their products if they are good? The answer is right in front of you

That's why it's always better to buy products with physical stores in Nigeria.

I bought this Poolee power bank. I used it for a month then it stopped charging.

No one to call and no where to take it to.

The thing is just useless at home

nah I felt guilty I judged them too quickly. I thought all their power banks are like that. That's why I had to apologize cos I said in the previous thread that no one should buy their power banks.
