Go and court order, within 10 working days your money will be reversed back into your account. If you want evidence I will send one to you. Do this and thank me later.

This is not a police matter. He did not steal from you . He didn’t steal your phone , logon to your account and send the money to himself.
You made a mistake and if he hasn’t refunded you it appears he isnt prepared to do so.
The bank cannot refund your money because they are not liable . What they can do , is try and persuade him to refund the money.
You can also try and make him realize that what happened to you could happen to him and instead of 10k, it could be more.

Go 2 his shop wit strong men, collect 12 large cat fish.
Take dem home n prepare soup, stew, n cat fish curry sauce/ grilled fish wit bole.

If not that the money is small, and if she has evidence she had no transaction with him, just error, I have read in the news past year of how a car dealer who refused to refund had his bvn blocked with all the banks in Nigeria. The fellow had to be pleading for his bvn to be unblocked as he had lost so much. Infact he was the one that came to the press and social media to highlight his predicament.
