In my opinion, importing bags like these to sell would be a bad idea because 1) we already have bags that can carry our laptops here and 2) carrying a bag that looks like it actually contains a laptop might attract criminals to you in this day and age. I think you should go for something else. I know I wouldn't buy it

Personally, I would advise that you try to find something more innovative with a better unique selling point and value proposition to import and sell.

There are many of these already in the market. "What makes this one different?" is the question potential buyers will ask themselves. I have 3 of these myself.

Neither are they new. It's old tech. I got my first one over 5 years ago.

You could try underselling the current market but price wars often lead to severely reduced margins for all sellers so I don't recommend it.

I suggest a different approach: try to find what people NEED right now. Work from there and your potential for success is higher.

It is not a fast moving item anywhere in Nigeria. It has been around long time, I bought mine 3 years ago and I don't remember using it more than twice. However, if you insist on bringing it ensure you get it at a very low price and it has latest ports- normal USB port, type C etc. *Note of warning, it is not a fast moving item. It may tie down your money.

This bag has been in Lagos market since 2021 that I know about it o. Then it used to be 7,500 (the first I bought) but can't tell how much it's sold now.
Important notice, bag doesn't last. The material is so soft and could tear at any time. I used mine for about two months. You would think someone tore it with blade after the few weeks.

Where others see a burden you must see opportunity! The bag is already saturated in 9ja so come up with something more unique, if you have direct contact with the manufacturer, you can design a custom product that would use solar and can be waterproof or water resistant.....That would be a real game changer.......The sun wey dey 9ja just useless for most people, might as well make MOOLAH off of it
