I have this bad habits of worrying too much, putting myself in unnecessary pressure, over thinking, I woke up every night thinking about my low life. I never dreamed of been poor when I was young. My life has been so disorganized and confusion set in. For the past 2yrs I have experience real hunger, am not thinking of owning car, house and family anymore. Just to see food chop has been a problem to me. I went to buy somthing last week close to where they are selling weighing scale, I saw people checking their weight, I follow go check my weight, I couldn't believe I was just 51kg @30yrs. Far below normal. I was 55kg in 2017 when I finished school, and it was low too due to school clearance stress.

@ bolded: I can't stop my sister from following someone passing through similar situation like mine, if she want or if she think he has a great potential and the situation will not remain forever.

Start by erasing all negative dreams or thoughts from your mind, that's what it bringing you down. Always think positive of yourself hoping all you lay your hands on will boom and anytime negative thought want to set in rebuke it strongly ( I don't know your religion).
Another thing you have to do is change your circle, try and move with serious minded and hardworking people especially those with high intellect (there are plenty artisans like that). Don't forget to upgrade yourself in your line of work and learn new things daily.
As you do this, give yourself reasonable goals to achieve then tick as you progress and if you're progressing check where the problem is from. Keep trying and keep trying until you reach where you're going but don't ever think low of yourself or have premonition you can't make it. I believe in you.

Don't give up. Your psychological strength and perspective is damned needed for you to keep trying until things get better. Stop thinking

Hey chap, why on earth will you be doing all this God forsaken work, when you can just go to site and work as a labourer and get 3k everyday, you will be amaze to see how rich you wil be in 6months.

Why not relocate from where you are to a different LG or state. What you need is a breath of fresh air. You will meet new people,though it may be very difficult at the beginning

You get money but the money no ba show.

E no easy anywhere.
Change your mindset.

At the age of 30. You don conclude say you deh suffer ... You deh mad shaaa.... Anyway, try enter street... Know little about what's happening around you... Search for any bottling company and do contract business with them. Go to waterside and get numbers and see if you can supply stuffs for builders in town... Go to mechanic villages/car dealers and get phone numbers so you can advertise for cars... Hotels ?... You can get connections to see if you can do any small supply for them... Remember you do anything and supply anything so far you're in town..... All these just to save up money and run from the country

You are a HVAC&R Technician? I think you should relocate to another city, HVAC&R might not make you rich but it will at least put food on your table if you reside in a city with a lots of demand and you are competent. Cheers!
