You talk too much about something you know very little about. You did not notice that most of the evidence were objected to, with the points of objection reserved for written address stage. Do you know the implications of that? You have already reached conclusion that the evidence is overwhelming. How? By quantity? Is legal evidence determined by quantity? Did you see the evidence yourself? Do you know the legal principles that undergird legal proceedings and election petitions (which even many practicing lawyers do not know how much more you?)

I can only speak with restraint on this case. Calm down oo

The legal profession is unique, win or loose you get paid ,so you can give wrong advice because you will get paid, they will give misleading advice to get paid million this is get paid crazy money 🤑 season for Lawyers in Nigeria.

And when it comes to politicians pursuit for office they think justice ⚖️ can bought which has been proven in Nigeria. Right on the floor of the national assembly.

However, you completely DEVIATE AVOID EVADE the substance of empirical evidence 🧾 and make reference to nonsensical irreverent propositions and dispositions. Lets look at the ludicrous reckless display of impunity and the gargantuan abuse of legal convention and procedure.

1. INEC object's to it's own certified authentic original copy forms.
2. INEC contradicts itself with its own sourced data on BVAS and IRev not aligned to what it presented.
3. INEC refusing to submit to subpoenas for documentation, saying it doesn't have them. Thays not an option it's legal madness, you cannot legally substantiate figures you presented.
4. INEC breaches comprehensively it's own legally binding bye laws.
5. INEC breaches the Electoral Act as amended 2022, on multiple fronts. The umpire breaking the law.
6. Chicago state university under subpoena legally compelled to present an original true copy authenticated and certified of TINUBU university degree certificate. That true copy is dramatically different from the one he submitted to INEC in addition the true certified copy is to a female.
7. Criminal conviction for drug trafficking proceeds, drug trafficking is not a civil offence but criminal.
8. NYSC two different certificate presented one a discharge certificate and the other a exemption certificate. It's impossible for one individual to have t both .
9. Deloitte where he claimed to have worked and earned $1.8 million. Under the compelling legal obligation of a subpoena. Have declared they have absolutely no record of TINUBU at any time ever been in their employment.

These above are not an opinionated preferential based deduction but hard independent unquestionable established FACTS.

Please this is by no means exhaustive just a small snippet. If we were a country that upheld the rule of law he would be in jail.

And yes I studied law amongst other things and my claim to fame is beating a QC in court albeit in the UK. So yes, I have fairly good ideas of what is going on.

Alaye everyone knows :Peter Obi won in Borno, he won in sokoto, Kano, katsina, Zamfara,Gombe, kwara, Yobe , Adamawa, Kaduna...(the Muslim North abandoned a Muslim/Muslim Ticket as well as a Muslim lead ticket and decided to vote for saviour Obi) Ogun, Ondo ,Ekiti ,Osun and Oyo abandoned a Yoruba lead ticket and decided to vote omo Igbo because they know he's the only one that can save Nigeria grin
Only the Igbos in the east had the presence of mind to give 90% of their votes to their person.
Now a distinguished lawyer, scout, coach and football administrator with many years experience in UK like you, should know better than to waste your time arguing with people who know nothing

The election was rigged! Yes massive rigging!

But the courts will "serve"justice the man that came third will be declared winner, Tinubu will be arrested and Obi's lawyers will convince the judges to send the INEC chairman to jail.

Now can you spare us further Epistles and focus on football here please!

“I am inspired by Sadio Mane. But I have a different goal compared to his. He is building infrastructure for the community of Senegal. That is awesome.

But for me I want to help disable challenged people across Africa. I will always do my best to help where I can help. I am in the process of opening headquarters in Africa that will help to achieve this goal.

If you don't have a leg, we will create a new one for you. If it's an arm, we will create a new one for you. We want them to feel equal to everyone. We work for Africa.” 🔥#justfootball

This statement allegedly made why Osimhen is not well sourced. One Farikh on twitter was the one who put it out and the guy is known for totally fabricating things people did not say. Not saying this didn't happen but I sincerely doubt it did.

This is foolishness if true..

He hasn't done anything in his hometown in Edo yet he wants to carry the whole Africa even Mane that has accomplished more than him limited his help and charity to mainly his hometown in Senegal..

Whoever is advising him needs to be sacked immediately..

I think it's presumptuous of you to dictate to a full grown adult how he should spend his money or give to charity.

Osimhen has already done quite a lot for his community Olusosun where he was born.

If he chooses in future to do something in Edo State where his late father comes from all well and good. Victor didn't grow up in Edo so it's understandable why he hasn't done anything yet however that doesn't mean things won't still change.

Mane grew up and was bred in the Senegalese village he's currently helping with various charitable ventures so it's a no brainer.

I can dictate to any adult especially black men like Osimhen who don't understand the importance of spending your money and doing charity mainly where he grew up and mainly where his parents or origins or lineage is from..

I don't blame him... I blame Edo state government for not inviting him and giving him a tour of the state and his origins since he hasn't gone to Edo on his own.

You can dictate and give yourself headache until you are blue in the face Osimhen will still spend his money emphasis HIS MONEY how he deems fit.

If you want to encourage him to do something in Edo State it will definitely not be through insults and throwing of shade against any Victor.

He mustn’t wait for edo government to invite him to remember home

How I wish everyone can claim state of origin where he/she was born and vie for any position politically in that state but in our society it is NO cuz tribalism will comes in.

Victor Osimehn is more of Lagos than Edo and nothing stop him from doing more for his Edo lineage but we cannot tell the young man what to do with his wealth.

I remember Chief Adolphus Okafor from Anambra State was more of Kwara man and Kwarans believed so much in him that he controlled Kwara football administration for many years through votings.Nobody care where he came from.

In sports, many of our sport men do much to state where they were born and raised,so do not be surprised seeing Osimehn doing much for Lagos State.

I don’t think Osimehn would go out of his way and do more to any country than Nigeria.
