Ibadan is a tropical rainforest zone and corrosion is within months

I live in a good house in Ibadan with all the luxury of a modern home and still have a brown zinc roof

All over UK you find old building, same as Brazil

Do you actually think NTA first television station in Africa built 60 years ago will have same roof as Anambra State TV built yesterday

Why anambra.why not Nasarawa..?

From state of Origin now to presidency but lets keep shifting..I can insult any politician I want but you always insult tribes and I'm also available for that too..

You cannot stop me from insulting politicians because they feed from Taxes and our mineral resources and manpower..I have that Godly right..but you don't have any right to insult my people without repercussions

Eggzactly, meaning your comments can't be sensible enough without insulting others, politicians or their supporters.

Thanks for the clarification. You are a real nigga

2. Your Presidential candidate is an angel sent from Pluto to come and rescue Nigeria from Apc even though we have no idea about the achievements of that principal in Pluto.

3. You don't support politicians, you don't have believe in them, infact principal which you supported na farmer who is just coming into the politics for the first time.

You really try with all this clarification which i might have been confused about. Oya chop knuckle

UK and UAE have higher cost of living... Nigeria remains the very best

500,000 a month on rent in UK and UAE

300,000 a whole Year in Nigeria ... 12 months oo

.
Stop being stupid. Or you have never travelled probably. High cost of living, but your salary will be enough to pay all the bills and still have enough left to buy some nice clothes, phones, shoes. If you happen to have someone accommodating you, you can work for one month and buy a car - a lot of my friends did. Tell me how a normal human being can make any comparison here

**the govt does not fine people for drying clothes outside but some Landlords do not want that because they want the housing environment to look tidy.

From the article
In a word, no. There is no law currently in the UK that bans people from drying clothing in their own gardens. However, that does not (unfortunately) stop some landlords and housing developers from trying to impose their own rules.

In UK and also UAE they fine anyone with cloths displayed outside in major city

No one dines anyone for drying clothes outside in major cities. The landlord just put it in their tenancy stuffs but it's not been imposed. No Landlord can fine you for drying clothes outside anywhere in UK.

Despite the fact there is no basis in law for banning drying laundry outside, that doesn’t stop certain landlords and housing developers from writing it into their contracts.

In fact, there have been reports of housing developers trying to ban residents from drying clothing in their gardens because they believe that it compromises the aesthetics of the development. Concerningly, this has been written into the agreements of both tenants and homeowners.

It's a fact that some Landlords/Agents put that clause up in the contracts BUT no Landlord/Agent/Council can fine you for drying clothes outside in the UK

I am not from Ibadan but I have toured Ibadan extensively and found out that it is the most developed state in Nigeria after Lagos and Abuja infrastructurally but that Bere axis sprawling with brown roofs that size is a terrible eyesore.
The funny thing is that the eyesore is the one close to the main road.
Some old people I interviewed told me that no governor can demolish that place.

How many Nigerians can afford a dryer? Are their available public laundry mat? Too many questions. Lagos it self is an urban slum.
