‘Most diverse outcome’ Mr Yakubu said the overall outlook for the elections suggests that “it is a fair reflection of a complex multi-party democracy.” He said the 2023 elections produced the most diverse outcomes ever recorded since Nigeria’s return to democracy in 1999. “Today, five political parties produced state governors, seven parties won senatorial seats, eight are represented in the House of Representatives, and nine in State Houses of Assembly,” he said. “The 10th National Assembly is certainly the most diverse in party representation since 1999.” I understand we are more interested in Presidential election real time upload that failed...but, that doesn't take away the qoute above from INEC Chairman...for me, 2023 elections has been the best election I have ever witnessed in Nigeria since I have been voting. It's the truth. 1 Like |

Mr. INEC Chairman, if you entrust your private business to someone and the the person conducts your business the way and manner INEC conducted the last presidential elections, would you be happy? Would the business not collapse? Would your money not go down the drain? Judge for yourself. May Allah judge you. 1 Like |

He said that because he is setting up the stage for what comes next. INEC is already claiming that the results uploaded to the BVAS since they were unclear are inadmissible and they have the correct results. Fasindo: |

This is a critical part of the case, if the litigants are using the BVA's not working as a case, the judge will reason that, if it worked in 98% of centres, then 2% can't make them nullify the elections, giving the margins Tinubu won by. |
Re: INEC Begins Review Of 2023 Polls, Says BVAS Recorded 98% success by adioolayi(m): 9:16am On Jul 05, 2023 |
Loonyy: Your logic is a possibility... Don't you then think it would be an excellent move for oppositions to have presented their copies of Form EC8A at every polling units signed by party agents a copy of which their agents at polling units would have submitted to them to prove any electoral fraud....since Electoral Act 2022 was not clear on electronic transmission, only the INEC guidelines is more explicit on electronic transmission and in law...Act superceds guideline For me, I feel they should have used their own hardcopy of results to prove frauds. INEC, by Electoral Act has not erred in collating Presidential results manually. Anyways, this thread is about BVAS and 98% success rate is correct. |
