INEC seems not to understand how they have made mockery of Nigerians by simply playing to the politicians book .

First the essence of the BIVAS And IREV portal is to help curb manipulation of results at collations point yet INEC couldn't achieve that.

You have really captured the main issue.

Results were manipulated for example in Rivers State, simply because they were not uploaded in real time.

The delay as people say ,was really dangerous!

How Tinubu defeated Obi in Rivers, can only be explained by rigging.

Obi was not only out to contest election but also to show Nigerians and the world at large how useless is most of our political leaders and their unfortunate supporters, The electoral system, The level of tribal, religious and ethnic division in Nigeria.

Obi already have opened the eyes of many Nigerians who used to be deeply gullible.

Obi showed us that there us still that politician in Nigeria who is not not generally corrupt and can not be tagged with corruption.

Obi have shown us all the way politics for the people should be played.

Obi showed us all that a politician can be compassionate, Intelligent than banter silly and unnecessary altercations here and there.

The list long you can add yours jaaare!

You can't be a judge in your own case?

The same INEC that one of it's IT top official who was in court to defend INEC admitted that only 31% of results in IREV is correct, meaning 69% wasn't correct.
Please if someone scores 31% in any subject in WAEC will he/she not be giving F9 or E8 or 124 in JAMB won't the person be asked to rewrite JAMB the upper year cos he didn't merit the cut off mark?

In sane country, Yakubu ought to be arrested before Emefiele cos he committed greater crime more than Emefiele, but since his manipulation favoured APC he is a good man to them.

All foreign observers like EU, YIAGA Africa, AU etc scored the election very low, PDP, LP, NNPP and other political parties scored the election very low, activist like scored the election very low but only INEC and APC members and minions are saying otherwise.

One of the reasons why INEC keep manipulating results during election us that the don't get punished for it when courts rules otherwise by declaring another person winner during election.
If INEC officials are being jailed after court declares another candidate winner instead of the once announced by INEC, rigging would have been a thing of the past.

When did he says that You guys can lie for africa

BVAS....was used for accreditation of voters... ๐Ÿ’ฏ

BVAS...was used to take pictures of polling units results sheets.... ๐Ÿ’ฏ

BVAS ....was supposed to be used to upload the result sheet on IREV for:

In real time..House of Assembly elections.... ๐Ÿ’ฏ

In real time...Senate elections.... ๐Ÿ’ฏ

In real time... Presidential elections...0%

Well, I think BVAS truly did well in the last elections...performing the task it was deployed to perform.

Why the Presidential election was not uploaded in real time is why opposition are in the Tribunal..we wait for the outcome. grin cheesy grin

Is IREV results a MUST for collation of results or with hardcopy results sheet and images of result sheet on BVAS enough for collation of results......Tribunal will answer that.

It's well

collation of results is manual... Paper way from polling units to ward to Loca govt to state to Abuja... Irev is for public viewing... Nothing more... Supreme Court Judgment on Osun State should have sent you guys signal but Ina just wan Chase shadows

After Mahmood Yakubu's lies about non existence of INEC SERVER during the 2019 ยกpresidential election, he should have been removed from his post in INEC.

Your logic is a possibility...

Don't you then think it would be an excellent move for oppositions to have presented their copies of Form EC8A at every polling units signed by party agents a copy of which their agents at polling units would have submitted to them to prove any electoral fraud....since Electoral Act 2022 was not clear on electronic transmission, only the INEC guidelines is more explicit on electronic transmission and in law...Act superceds guideline

For me, I feel they should have used their own hardcopy of results to prove frauds.

INEC, by Electoral Act has not erred in collating Presidential results manually.

Anyways, this thread is about BVAS and 98% success rate is correct.

Bro
U really have no idea

Agents are co-opted on this scheme

Then, whose headache should that be..if you have entrusted the heart and soul of any polling unit to an agent that will sell you out?

That's why party agents are staunched party loyalist...I agree there can be sabotage, but in most cases, you have sizeable numbers of trusted agents...that's if you are a serious political party anyways

Would you have said this if your messiah Peter Obi had won the election? Suddenly you now realise that Nigeria is a bad country? In any case, some of us predicted that you Afghaneasterns would revert to your hateful ways if you didn't have your way. Now it's happening. As for us denizens of the Zoo and dwellers of the Shithole, we believe that our Fatherland will overcome its challenges like the great nations of the world. Know why? Because unlike Eboes who have their Biafran to run to, we do not have another Country. May God bless Nigeria.
