Forfeited $460,000 Was A Civil Matter: Tinubu's Witness, Bamidele Tells Tribunal by chisomkachy: 3:10pm On Jul 05, 2023 |
Senator Opeyemi Bamidele, a witness for President Bola Tinubu in the ongoing presidential election dispute, has admitted that the $460,000 that the Nigerian leader forfeited to the United States came from a narcotics business and money laundering. https://gazettengr.com/tribunal-bola-tinubus-witness-senator-bamidele-admits-nigerian-president-forfeited-460000-for-narcotics-dealing-money-laundering-in-u-s/ With just one witness, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, his Vice, Kashim Shetima and the All Progressives Congress APC on Wednesday closed their respective defence in a petition by the Labour Party LP and its presidential candidate, Mr Peter Gregory Obi seeking nullification of the February 25 presidential election. https://dailypost.ng/2023/07/05/tinubu-shetima-apc-closes-defence-with-opeyemi-bamideles-testimony-in-peter-obis-petition/ 21 Likes 5 Shares

Bamidele, who is the immediate past Chairman of the Senate Committee on Judiciary and a registered member of the American Bar Association, said there was no conviction and sentence against Tinubu as required by law for it to be turned to criminal charges. Case solved! 112 Likes 27 Shares |

"...Put simply, Tinubu was alleged to be a bagman handling and laundering drug money. Tinubu claimed the funds belonged to Kafaru Tinubu and Alhaja Habibat Mogaji, even though, years later, he told The News magazine that all the money belonged to him(crooked criminal ).https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.vanguardngr.com/2022/11/tinubu-as-president-buhari-must-really-hate-nigeria/amp/ When the gods wants to kill a man, they first make him mad. This man has nailed Tinubu finally. Opeyemi Bamidele has now joined Festus Keyamo and Femi Fani-Kayode to confirmed the Tinubu Chicago Heroine-drug criminal forfeiture. 199 Likes 26 Shares |

The chief witness goofed under cross examination. The defendants saw no need to call up any other witnesses, so those ones don't equally give damning testimonies if and when quizzed by Obi's lawyers.. Very interesting days ahead indeed. 170 Likes 22 Shares |

Livy Uzoukwu, a senior lawyer handling Mr Obi’s case, asked whether or not Mr Bamidele know that the forfeiture was connected to narcotics dealing, to which he responded yes. He also responded that he understood there was money laundering involved in Mr Tinubu’s matter prior to the final forfeiture. They have passed denial mode. They are now in reality mode. Even a one year old baby girl knows that Mr Tinubu is a documented drug baron. I'm patiently waiting for how the corrupt judges will use technicalities to help Tinubu. 177 Likes 26 Shares |

Npw you would not see all those criminals on nairaland who were quick to sentence Mmesoma even before any investigation come here... That is why whatever they said was about the Jamb results matter was said with hatred and bitterness because the person involved is from the other side. Tinubu forfeited money he made from drug business but see them telling you he was not guilty but only doing father Christmas that time. And tomorrow you will say Nigeria will be successful, how will that happen when its already programmed to fail by putting criminals in charge. 96 Likes 13 Shares |

001Lagos:Mtchew.. Asking same question everyday.. Tinubu had a civil forfeiture and not a criminal forfeiture. This was why he wasn't charged nor indicted for any crime or drug related crime! The forfeited money doesn't belong to him in anyway! Like the witness stated, tinubu was never indicted nor charged cuz his forfeiture was a civil one 43 Likes 13 Shares |
