GeneralPula:The money doesn't belong to him, it belongs to your ghost . Why do you defend criminality shamelessly even when the truth is staring at you on the face? Mr bamidele testified that the $460,000 forfeited by Tinubu to the united states authority was linked to narcotics drugs but you that have never seen the four walls of murtala Muhammed international airport it defending rubbish.. 61 Likes 7 Shares |

Novarisammy2:Of course, but then tinubu didn’t commit the drug crime! Hence why he never got charged! Emotion can’t win you court cases! The forfeited money was related to drugs? Yes! Was Tinubu sentenced for the crime? NO! Why wasn’t tinubu sentenced or got any indictment? It was cuz he had a civil forfeiture! Not a criminal forfeiture! 16 Likes 4 Shares |

001Lagos:Engage me reasonably and not all these trashes you’re saying.. I’m sure you read the part where the witness stated this but choose to ignore cuz he didn’t suit your mindset: In his evidence-in-Chief, Senator Bamidele insisted that the $460, 000 forfeiture order against the President by an American Court was in respect of a civil matter that cannot take the place of criminal charges. Bamidele, who is the immediate past Chairman of the Senate Committee on Judiciary and a registered member of the American Bar Association, said there was no conviction and sentence against Tinubu as required by law for it to be turned to criminal charges. The case is DOA from the beginning! We told you guys! Wait for court action! I wonder why you’re still wailing when the case is in court! 11 Likes 4 Shares |

PaellaPaella:That’s exactly what he said in court. If you read the whole article. Op twisted the headline to give headless mob some erections Here’s it; In his evidence-in-Chief, Senator Bamidele insisted that the $460, 000 forfeiture order against the President by an American Court was in respect of a civil matter that cannot take the place of criminal charges. Obifools are allover the thread celebrating already. It is this your gragra nature that always end in humiliation for you guys. Bamidele didn't say anything different from what had been said before as far as the forfeiture case is concerned. Neither Tinubu nor any of his associates has ever before denied that the forfeiture was for drug related case. The point is he was never convicted for drug or any criminal offence in the USA. The forfeited money was traced to some third party who were convicted of drug trafficking offences. Whether he was directly or indirectly involved in drug trafficking is nothing but mere conjecture since no single evidence to prove that he was charged to court or convicted of drug related offence. So, don't be too excited about this, because: 1. He was never convicted by a US court 2. The incident happened some thirty years ago (the constitution says not more than ten years) 3. He was never found guilty of any criminal offence by any Nigerian court and has no forfeiture case in Nigeria. 10 Likes 3 Shares |

Your Obi and LP never tendered before the tribunal any court document stating Tinubu was convicted. His case was a CIVIL MATTER and never criminal 7 Likes 1 Share |
