3.7 trillion is expenditure budget - doesnt include principal repyaments. Kenya total budget is 4.5 trillion.

The National Treasury has tabled a Ksh. 4.5 trillion budget before parliament, a Ksh. 1 trillion shilling jump from the last financial year which was Ksh. 3.324 trillion.8 Jun 2023

Kazikazi:
So is your annual budget 26b equal to the total of TZ, uganda, and the rest if eac?
Sometimes u need to know lies won't feed Kenyans. Years and years if lying what have it benefited your country?

Do u know, even us in TZ we can simply rebase and rebase and artificially overvaluing our currency even by more than 200% so our GDP figures could be very big. But at the end of a day how will that benefit us the citizen except getting a stupid pride?

Your total debt repayments in total is 1.8 trillions which is about 13b dollars.

I made it simple for u when I said your budget is 26b dollars,I didn't want to go into details to reveal your dirt linen

What you fail to understand is,your gov will borrow 6b dollars to pay debt, that's borrowing from Peter to pay John. And what is now shocking is, instead of weeping for your country, you are here taking pride of borrowing money for paying another debt.

I already know how stupid you might be . It is a calculated figure for the month of April 2023 . We are in the year 2023 , imf hasn't come up with 2023 data because 2023 hasn't run up . What we have are monthly figure .
Ghana's first quarter ends on 31st March.
GDP is compounded quarterly, then fiscal data is officially documented thereafter. Quarterly updates are clarity based - procedural act. IMF knows Ghana's GDP in each quarter; by the end of quarter 3, which I guess it's December - Your official GDP should be out. We're in 2023, yes! I presume your year-on-year data are out. Also, data of your first Quarter is out. Mind you, Ghana has a $15B financial Gap! Meaning, you will have to secure an average of $2.6 Billion yearly in external debt servicing. Ghana is economically dead. You need like 4yrs of suffering, debt restructuring, begging for forgiveness, or maybe just obey your Godfather_ if they say legalize LGBTQ, you comply or die.

Your budget is 3.7 trillion ksh, which is 26billion dollars.
But since you are a kenyan, you will always lie just to massage your stupid pride.
Am still not yet to understand this. I mean, you know your budget is 26b, but u just lie and say it's 32b!

And mind you,out of that 26b estimated budget, you still have to pay debts. And you know how much goes into debt repayments
Go and read Kenya's financial budget report. You're cooking figures from your miasma of ignorance.

There seems to be an explosion of skyscrapers in Africa. In every city you visit, skyscrapers are popping up overnight. The increased demand in office spaces across the continent has led to the mushrooming of skyscrapers with some going beyond 100 meters into the sky.

South Africa leads the continent with the most skyscrapers at 54 followed by Egypt which has 48. Nigeria has 14 while Algeria has 13. Kenya has 11, Morocco has eight while Tanzania and Angola have seven and six respectively. Libya has five while Cote D’Ivoire, Ethiopia, and Mozambique have three each.

South Africa – 54
Egypt – 48
Nigeria – 14
Algeria – 13
Kenya – 11
Morocco – 8
Tanzania – 7
Angola – 6
Libya – 5
Cote D’Ivoire – 3
Mozambique – 3
Ethiopia – 3
Skyscrapers in Kenya include Britam Towers at 200 meters followed by Old Mutual Towers at 163 meters. Times Towers is 140 meters. Kings Prism Towers has 133 meters in the sky while Kenyatta International Convention Center has 105 meters. Teposta Towers have 120 meters while Social Security Houese has 103 meters. Kenya Commercial Bank Plaza has 109 meters.

According to Wikipedia, most of the tallest buildings in Kenya are found in Nairobi, the capital and largest city in the country. In Nairobi, there are 18 buildings that stand taller than 80 meters (260 ft), and several are under construction.

When it comes to overall real estate in Kenya, Nairobi, Kisumu, Uasin Gishu, and Nakuru are the most oversupplied retail markets by 3.0 mn SQFT, 0.2 mn SQFT, 0.12 mn SQFT, and 0.09 mn SQFT, respectively, and also expected to increase further especially in Nairobi with the additional spaces such as the Ojijo Properties.

The Kenyan retail sector performance recorded a stable performance with the average rental yield coming in at 6.8 percent in 2022.

Nairobi was the best-performing region with an average rental yield and occupancy rate of 7.8 percent and 75.9 percent, respectively.

The opportunity remains in mid-tier counties that are undersupplied such as Kiambu County and Mt. Kenya region, both having space demand of 0.5 mn SQFT.
The only person who can debate me on matters of skyscrapers is forgiveness.. Or maybe Samorobo. Follow the conversation herein, and you'll not post for us Wiki data. Ask any Nigerian and they will tell you the list you posted is wrong!. Egypt has WAAAAAAAAAY... More skyscrapers than any African country.

Kenya has more skyscrapers than Algeria and Nigeria. Kenya is second to SA and Egypt in that regard.
