Yes. on the last day the 75th day I Think... FedEx dispatch rider called me and I received my package..the tracking number started with RB, I was expecting a call from Nipost but was surprised when FedEx reached out to me..This happed last month here in Lagos.. you will get it and if you don't after the 75 th day just open dispute you will gat a refund. Relax

1) type "Pay" in EVA
2) choose "Incorrect payment value"

Every shipment is insured both for the sellers and the buyers by aliexpress as a company. Seller will not lose a dim by refunding you your money. the losers are always aliexpress and the shippers. I am saying this from my experience with a seller. The guy did the right thing by contacting Aliexpress CC agent. This is the reason why sellers will never accept shipping through any other means except aliexpress standard shipping method.

Should he have waited for 200 days + to confirm if it will arrive or not?

That isn't any fault of his. I'm sure his intention was either to refund the value of the item or even initiate a return before he was asked to keep it.

So don't just conclude about any criminal intentions yet and no, most buyers will not want go this route.

About the bold, I'm shocked too about his write-up.

Even AliExpress gives a window of 75 days so why wait for 200+ days and what if it doesn't arrive at all after that period and the window for refund is closed what then happens?

200 days? That's a long time!
Am sure the Item would have been long forgotten by the owner. So, he did the right thing by opening dispute as at when due. What of if the good didn't come eventually and he too didn't file for dispute when he was supposed to? He would have lost his money for ever!

I'm not sure. I usually use crypto (usdt) for transactions and it has been working fine. I think that's best. Butnob isn't too bad compared to fees charged by others. $1 to create card and $1 at every top up. I even got my statement of account under 3 minutes from them. It is far better than klasha (assassin) and chipper (butcher)
