2: you pay salary and running cost
3: you take returns on your investment

In paying Salary you get the values of your staff in your company what they are generating in terms of revenue and pay them 1/3

The entrepreneur combines all factors of production to get profit while on the other hand the staff provides labour that's why she is getting salary

Don't let anyone deceive you, you may start your own business and enjoy profit. ☺

says who?! come on!
1) majority of business owners do NOT reinvest in their company and instead use the money for other business ventures or repay loans etc
2) majority of staff get paid minimum salary in Nigeria, and therefore will never see value for what they do. majority dont pay people for the value they bring but for the salary they accepted to receive. NOBODY gives a 3rd of the profit to staff, especially not in Nigeria!
