Like I said before, we're already plastering this block of shops and rooms............

Today's updates.............

Plastering and dressing still going on.........

Completing the outside plastering works here..........

Preparing one shop for occupation.

Then we painted the insides of some shops so it could be used to stock some building materials .............

I currently have some electrical piping materials offloaded today, I plan to stock more electrical materials, wires, lights and fittings, plumbing materials, plumbing fittings, sanitary wares, nails and binding wires, tools and hardware, and all other items useful for the construction and finish of a housing project.

Of course I can't be there everyday, and dont plan on selling on retail, but this should serve as a feeder stock for me, a place to keep materials that will be used in future and hedge against inflation that is ravaging our markets today.

This land has a private forest reserve as the boundary plot, with a lot of overgrown trees and palms, our first work will be to cut down about 20 trees before we can secure the boundaries of this land...............

Is it an exclusive zone to preserve wild trees or the major emphasis on wildlife?
Is it opened to the public too or owned by state/individual?
I love nature and I'm happy that some of it is conserved and paid attention to..

It's a private forestry reserve because the individual that owns it has refused to clear the large expanse of forest around his house, instead he's been planting a lot of trees and frowning on anyone trying to cut the trees. He has a lot of land around there and is very nature friendly, very people friendly too. Pumps water through his borehole and allows everyone to fetch free of charge, maintains a 24 hour charging point for phones and other devices in a corner of his property.

Wildlife, no, but he has a lot of domestic animals roaming withing the forest, mainly goats, chicken and sheep.

We have started painting this house. More pictures later tomorrow.

Budget for this project please and like how much should a shop cost in that area

This house may cost up to 10m to build, and the rents here are not substantial yet, we are just taking position for future occurrences.

Updates on the painting of this house to be shown later today.
