Yeah he swore to protect all Nigerians but SE could be somehow excluded from such Nigerians.

Wondering why? Why should FG interfere in the happenings in SE when the likes of Ipob, ESN and UGM are saying they don't want any security officers in any part of SE..

I believe that statement was made just because they can protect SE territory, so count FG out of this
do you have sense at all.
Look the rubbish you just said. Esn and ugm now decide and engage the govt on what to do or not

This is not only cowardice and hypocrisy, it's another example of leadership failure in the SE.

SE leaders play this dumb, ret5arded and shameful game where they comment and always have so much to say about insecurity in other parts of Nigeria, but when it comes to security and atrocities in the SE, all of a sudden they don't have anything to say because they are not the president.

Bunch of bigoted and duplicitous spineless cowards.

She would have been better off saying nothing.

I understand why she and Charey Boy daren't condemn IPOB, it's a safety issue and in this case, neither of them are principled or brave enough to try it. Of course they might be IPOB sympathisers too and are happy about the carnage being wrecked in the South East.

Hopefully moving forward, neither of them will make any pronouncements on anything happening to Igbo's anywhere else in the country.

Still dissapointing to see that their love for ndi Igbo only goes so far considering how much noise they'd made on social media previously about it.

APC is such a useless party of degenerates. They never want to take responsibility for anything. Human beings like you and I are getting killed in the south east, Plateau, and Benue like common animals but all that matters to APC minions are tweets and Insta posts from Oby and Obi. It's so painful that some of us have to share a country with you people.

The mandate thief y'all voted for and who holds all the executive powers has never come forward to condemn any of these killings, including the one in his backyard on a Sunday morning in Ogun state. But yeah, lets divert issues, gather ourselves together like the e-diots that we are, and hold opposition parties (except Atiku) to account for the failures of the APC government since 2015 because "we" are a brainless set of people with third-degree igbophobia. Ori gbo gbo yin ti daru.

We've tried peace, we've tried military force that the whole of SE rejected and even sued the FG for under Buhari so it is now your turn to tell the FG and Nigerians what you want from the FG.

You can start by listing what you want from the FG.

The woman is the biggest hypocrite ever.

The woman jumping up and down simply because of a criminal minded girl last week now remembers it's not her job to care about national issue.

The woman crying about demolition going in Lagos but apparently not interested in what is going on in Anambra.

The lady is the biggest hypocritical bigot to grace the national stage.

Because according to you no one voted for the mandate thief, he simply stole saint Obi's Mandate.

By the way, I remember when hypocrites like you will attack the likes of Adeboye under president Buhari for not voicing out against Christian Killings going on in the North.

I thought Adeboye was the president of Nigeria then!

Tribunal to Disqualify Tinubu. APC Pleading for Rerun Judgement.

https://telerepublic.com/2023/07/11/tribunal-to-disqualify-tinubu-apc-pleading-for-rerun-judgement/

The involvement of Bola Tinubu in any potential rerun is predicated upon the validity of the first run. However, insider sources reveal that the invalidation of Tinubu presidency by the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal (PEPT) is because the initial run was fundamentally flawed, warranting his disqualification.

The APC party leadership has since been in closed door meetings with the urgency of pushing for a rerun election that will include Tinubu.

The EC9 form, which serves as a critical document in determining validity, explicitly outlines three key components that must be true and correct: the answers provided, the facts presented, and the particulars. In Tinubu's case, these particulars were found to be neither true nor correct, thereby necessitating his disqualification.

Invalidity of the EC9 Form

The EC9 form serves as a cornerstone of electoral validity, ensuring that candidates meet the necessary criteria. On page 5 of the form, the declaration of the three key components - answers provided, facts presented, and particulars - underscores the importance of accuracy and truthfulness.

Regrettably, Tinubu's submitted particulars for the February 25 election were deemed inaccurate and incorrect, thereby rendering his candidacy invalid and calling for his immediate disqualification.

Disqualifying Factors

Double Nomination of Vice President Shettima

One compelling reason for disqualifying Tinubu lies in the double nomination of Vice President Shettima, who concurrently ran for the Senate. This contradictory nomination undermines the legitimacy of the joint ticket formed by Tinubu and Shettima and raises concerns regarding the validity of Tinubu's candidacy.

Previous Indictment and Civil Forfeiture

Tinubu's prior indictment and subsequent fine of $460,000.00 by the United States District Court for offenses involving dishonesty and drug trafficking casts a shadow of doubt on his suitability for public office. The subsequent civil forfeiture in Chicago further highlights the seriousness of the charges he faced. In a case between Mohammed Abacha and the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Justice Ariwoola ruled that "forfeiture is a form of punishment," underscoring the gravity of Tinubu's previous actions.

Inaccurate NYSC Certificate and False Information

Tinubu's National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) certificate, submitted to demonstrate his qualifications, bears the incorrect name "Adekunle." Such a blatant error calls into question the authenticity and accuracy of his provided documents.

Inconsistencies in Personal Details and Educational Background

Tinubu has displayed inconsistencies regarding his date of birth, the secondary schools he allegedly attended, his state of origin, gender, actual name, and certificates attesting to his university education. Furthermore, evidence has emerged that the purported degree certificate attributed to Tinubu from Chicago State University actually belongs to a female individual, casting serious doubts on his honesty and credibility.

Failure to Disclose Acquired Citizenship

Tinubu neglected to disclose his voluntary acquisition of Guinean citizenship, which he obtained alongside his Nigerian citizenship. This failure to disclose his dual citizenship raises constitutional concerns and disqualifies him from holding the office of the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Conclusion

The tribunal judgement to disqualify Tinubu is based on the invalidity of Bola Tinubu's candidacy. The inaccuracies in the EC9 form, coupled with disqualifying factors such as the double nomination of Vice President Shettima, previous indictments, false information, and failure to disclose acquired citizenship are factors that are weighing in on the judgement.

The tribunal disqualification Tinubu is a crucial step in preserving the credibility and fairness of Nigerian politics, ensuring that only those who meet the constitutional threshold are allowed to contend for the office of the President.

The names of the justices on the tribunal are:

Justice Haruna Tsammani
Justice Abba Bello Mohammed
Justice Misitura Bolaji-Yusuf
Justice Stephen Jonah Adah
Justice Boloukuoromo Moses Ugo

Typical of the brown roofers, Oby's comment concerning insecurity is more important to them than the actual tackling of the insecurity by the government.
