Ofcourse you did and I'm not disputing that... Ogun state igr is very high as result of localization factor as it relates to industries. I'm proud of the state and wish them more growth. South East on the other hand has a handful of industries too especially Abia and Anambra... Let's not use our strength to oppress those that aren't as strong as us... Of course we exist to compliment each other. Africa is not as strong as the West or East in terms of industrialization, but we are their markets... If they don't value us, how will they sell their products?
