Us Nigerians in the homeland live in the tropical region of the globe and for this reason, bathing before going to the gym is very important so that you don't traumatise other gym users with the ripe, redolent aroma of your unwashed pits and nether regions.

Excel Fitness and Wellness Gym made a very passionate appeal to their patrons, exhorting them to be sensitive to the olfactory sense and sensibilities of their fellow gym users. Soap and water will not kill ya, folks. We get that that you want to be fit, but please clean up properly. Not everyone has the tolerance for "earthy" body odour.

Spraying deodorant and smelling fresh is good, but looking at it closely, it is logical enough to suspend bathing before heading to the gym. Except the person is so used to bathing as many times as possible daily.
