Yes sir. The airline caused the confusion. They were dropped by the tarmac and they had to figure out which terminal to connect after being upgraded to wheelchair status.
There working contacts are for booking and they couldn't or willing refer to another channel that should be responsible. Even their staff in Toronto were just a bit better. They had to wait after 3 hours of arrival to see her.

Yes sir.
Matte would give around 50 sqm for two coats for a drum.
Satin around 60 sqm for two coats for a drum
Silk around 70 to 80 sqm for two coats.

It's just a flat building measuring 7 x 14 meters. Let's say 3 coaches for foundation. By my rough Calc, height will be 3.6m. There will be just one small room at the very back of the building like a store. Please if anyone can use these little info to give me an estimate of how many blocks they will require, I'll appreciate.

Matte for external on screeded wall or smooth plastered wall with primer.
Regular and premium emulsion for internal and external depending on budget and for un screeded walls.

Personally, I think the private lounge is a waste of space and completely unnecessary for a three bedroom house when you already have an ante room. The private lounge is even bigger than each one of the other two rooms.

If I were to modify the plan, I'd rather convert the private lounge to a room and remove the last room. You'll still have a small back verandah as in the plan and maybe a door leading to the verandah by that small window at the end there to reflect light into the passage and also some fresh air.

That aside, I don't really see a problem with the plan.

That private lounge is not unnecessary for some families. In the UK, we call it two receptions. While guests are about, the family/children can lounge in the second reception instead of taking to their bedrooms.

I will suggest the poster knocks down the wall between the kitchen and the private lounge to have a spacious nice kitchen diner. This is a very valuable space for family to socialise in private away from visiting guests. So adults can be cooking and still interact with the family/children instead of being locked in isolation in the kitchen as without a kitchen diner. One can be cooking and watch TV or play music or be teaching the kids at the same time.

I get you but, this is Nigeria and I believe there are certain building practices which differ in both countries.

If you look at the plan, you'll see he already has an ante room. That can be used to receive certain visitors as well. Mind you, visitors don't come everyday.

And, this is a THREE BEDROOM BUNGALOW not a six bedroom duplex or something very big.

If there are guests in the main living room, the kids can be in their room. That's why the living (bedroom) area is cordoned off sort of from the main living room.

According to the plan as it is now, he has two areas he can receive visitors and another area (private lounge) which will be empty for the most of the time so, it's a waste of scarce financial and material resources.

Making that a room so that the other room can also increase in size a little will be more beneficial to the household than having three lounges.

Just rounding up with one like this.. 80 bags of cement so far so good . A plot of land labor depends on whether you will stamp it or not. 40tons of sand , 30 tons of granite . we even used gravel 10tons

Both are good n I can't say that one is better than the other.
The choice of gate used most times might be informed by the space available within your compound and ease to navigate well(drive in n out) as well as parking conveniently.
Also individual choices- what appeals to you differs to what appeals to me. While I might like to soak my garri in water and eat with beans, you might like to sprinkle your garri on the beans n eat as well.
